He clearly was in love with her but knew it would always be one sided so never pushed on it further. You could clearly see hurt in his eyes whenever she rejected him or was with vincenzo. when she confronted him about his identity and slapped him he knew whatever they had or could have was now over. His eyes did not lie there , he was genuinely hurt and got teary . Even when he shot her you could see a flash of regret but then overcome by anger and revenge for vincenzo. The writers could have developed their story in so many better ways but wasted their chemistry. Even his confession seemed so weak people did not even pay attention to it seriously.

i think he realized he needed to shoot vincenzo in that moment since he wouldn't get such a chance again, i think he would have helped cha young stay alive had he succeeded in killing vincenzo right there
Seriously, I always know Taecyeon is such a good actor but never knew he is really an effective villain too. HE F NAILED HIS ROLE ON VINCENZO. How I wish they gave us more confrontation moments between him and chayoung. 🥺🥺🥺

The scene when he says, "Don't you know how much I love you" I wish they made the scene more longer and even more tensed. Like I wish Vincenzo got there a bit late, so she could have bad mouthed him more and like we could still see a bit more chemistry between them as it was their last scene together, but unfortunately that's what we didn't get. I love when they had screen time together but it was very short. Their screen time was very interesting but it was to little and wasn't always satisfying, I wish we got a bit more scenes of them together.

this song actually goes really well with Han-Seok and Cha-Young because it’s not lying when saying, “your my favourite” he favoured her until the very end he wasn’t like one of them villains to force love onto somebody ,no, instead he waited for her and waited until finally he knew there was no love there for him. He knew that the only thing keeping him sane was her.

(i know he didn't deserve it but still.. 😣).. i genuinely think he will be a better person if with the right person 🥺🥺 I still felt he do cares a bit about his brother despite how he treat him.. but when Han Seo "betray" him at the end I can really see sadness in his eyes as if he lost the only one person he close with in this world & that make him lost it & shoot him at the end.. 😥💔
