Southwest monsoon usually ends every year in the philippines between the last month of september or first week of october during this period only south asian countries such as india, bangladesh and some parts of south east asia such as myanmar experience the last flow of southwest monsoon

I don't understand why the local broadcasters keep on reporting so technical... terms like south southwest, north northwest, etc... who can understand that immediately without banging your brain first?
