- Here's my take on Ritual By Ghost! It's got some neat riffs and a pretty cool solo, lot's of fun to play!
Hope you guys enjoy this cover, lemme know what you want me to cover next in the comments :D
In this cover I'm playing a PRS SE Standard 24 2018 through a Boss Katana 50.

Ritual is from the 2010 "Opus Eponymous" Ghost album. I don't claim right's to this song. - Видеоклипы
New tone and camera angles for this one, hope you guys like it! :D I have some Ride The Lighting era Metallica coming soon, but let me know what other songs to cover in the future! \m/
Fight fire with fire (Metallica)
Esto es hermoso! 🖤🤘
This sounds very good. You really bring out the simmering anger during the rhythm parts. 🤘🏻
Thanks dude! \m/
@@palmmute sure thing. Great guitar sound too, very warm but well balanced.
@@BillMoorehouse Thanks, spent a while figuring out the tone so very I'm glad someone noticed :D
Woow! i Love it 💥
Thanks! :)
Great cover!
Thanks!
Amazing performance:)
Thank you so much!
How you record the music and guitar so clean ?
I usually try to edit most of the original guitar tracks out of the songs I cover with EQ, and then I play my guitar tracks over that. I record my guitar straight from my amplifier to my computer with either a USB connection or an audio interface. :)
Nice
Thanks! :D
Never could get the tone for this right
@@lukelloyd7370 The way I got this tone on my Katana was by lowering the gain, cutting the bass, boosting the mids and keeping the treble at neutral. For the solos I just upped the gain.
Thanks
nice man!
can u share the amp settings for the rythm?
Thanks! I had a pretty interesting setup for this, it's a distortion effect on top of a clean tone, bass at only 10/100, mids at 65/100 and treble at 60/100. The reason for the bass being cut to almost nothing is that for some reason when you run a distortion on top of a clean channel on the katana, the bass is HUGE. The gain knob is off because I have all the distortion coming from the DS effect, and I just choose how much I want with the volume knob. I know this setup is an incoherent mess, but I hope it helped! :D
PalmMute thanks man
the boss katana is very complicated amp! recently i am trying to learn this song and trying to get his setting ruclips.net/video/6H_QTBIn-5Y/видео.html
yoi have any idea how to set??
appreciate the help!
@@acaftermath I mean to be honest I have no idea, but I'd probably try the lead or the brown channel with the tube screamer distortion, then mess around with the EQ until you get somewhere close to the tone. Don't know if this will actually work but it's worth a shot :D
PalmMute thanks man
apparently my pickups are meased up
cant make the sound of powerchords
only acoustic sounds lol
@@acaftermath that sucks, never heard of that kinda problem before. 🤔
Tabs!?
I learned it by ear but these look very close!
