Watched the first '5 centimetres per second' (its the series from where the picture is from).. I'm a 21 year old guy but it had me close to tears numerous times... And this song just encapsulates the emotions of that first episode, BEAUTIFUL!

The story is so easy to relate to, I'm pretty sure everybody has slowly lost contact with friends or loved ones because of increased distance due to their lives taking them in separate directions. This song is also great and the remix has just taken it to another level of awesome!
