I bought it on BluRay and copied it into my computer. Saved on my NAS so now I can watch it anywhere. I've watched it so many times I'm sure the BluRay would have gone bad by now.
It's good to see a young guy really enjoying this concert with Queen hits from the seventies and eighties. I was 36 when this was performed, and I still enjoy it now. They really are the greatest rock band ever. Long live the music of Fredie Mercury and Queen.
When i listen to Freddie s voice im thinkin so unike he was simpley the best performer and singer of all time, and Brian May wow so talented man he also is the best guitar player of all time with a beautiful voice. Roger Taylor so amazing drummer and he he also have a good voice. John Decon so unike base player. Thats mean Queen is a complet rock band the best. My greatings from norway 🇸🇯🌹
Can you imagine the ticket prices? o_O It was £14.50 only ... £16 on the door! The concert started at 4pm, ... pre-groups: INXS, The Alarm, Status Quo ... then Queen hit the stage! :) *funday ... but the beer was quite expensive! ^^+gg XD
That was the strength of Queen, 4 completely different people who had a lot of arguments with each other in the studio but then performed brilliantly as a unit on stage
That could describe a vast number of great bands... By no means whatsoever was that just Queen. It's been commonplace among highly creative bands since time immemorial.
That little improv bit that came around 44:30 -- that gives me goosebumps every time I hear it. Freddie is on a whole new level there. The way he moves from his chest voice to his head voice and back again is just uncanny. I would like to think that had he lived longer, he might have explored this kind of vocal exploration further. To me it's just magical.
I love watching this concert pf Queen and wish I could have seen them with Freddie. Spike Edney is playing the keyboard and piano when Freddie isn't. He's still with the band and plays at their concerts. I was finally able to see Brian and Roger for the first time last week. The concert was incredible! In their mid 70s and they still put on a fantastic show
Freddy stopped performing in 1986, this was one of their last concerts. Many rumors about when Freddy learned about his diagnosis with HIV, it could have been as early as 1987. Imagine if the medicine we have now was available back then. What a loss of an incredible human being. Hope to hear you sing in heaven, Freddy.
I don't know how Roger does it. Giving it all on the drums and still having the energy to blast out the songs and support Freddie. What a dude! Did you enjoy the 'National Anthem' at the end? Queens and the country's. If you would like to see Dr Sir Brian blasting the National Anthem out on the roof of Buckingham Palace look for 'Party at the Palace Brian May on the roof' shrukhlover has posted it. Terrible picture quality, great sound.
Dammit man that's the first time I've seen that concert in it's entirety ,wow , I was the lighting engineer at live aid and thought that was the best I would ever see ,gave up the opportunity to do do this gig to tour with AC DC , officiously I'm an idiot
Thank you I never tire of watching this. Sad to think we only had 5 more years of Freddie 😢. May I suggest that you react to live at the rainbow London 1974 and see them just starting out, they commanded the stage even then. Also since you loved one vision so much react to the documentary on the making of it, choose the longest one from the Queen official channel it's only about 35 minutes or so but you will love it. Bleeding A from England xxx
🎉❤Thankyou, this concert is glorious, I’ve watched this many times, have it on DVD, love watching you discover Queen and all their glory. Xo light & love from Australia 🇦🇺
There will be one more concert after this and then Freddie told the band he couldn't do it anymore and 5 years later he will be gone I'm glad you're doing this your discovering them cuz they're amazing
There was about another 10 concerts after this....They played on for another month...Their last performance was on the 9th of August 1986.This concert was on the 12th of July 1986
This is one of the last 3 concerts Freddy did. Brian and roger say this is actually when Freddy told them he was sick. He couldn’t tour anymore. But they worked hard and gave us more albums . Even after death. ❤
I’m so excited to watch the full video. If you want to do another full concert, I highly suggest doing all of Montreal 1981. Every song in that concert is perfection.
BTW Honey.... Yessss, Freddie was verrrry FUNNYYYYY! I always "felt sorry for" interviewers, because of some of the things he would say with his dry, sarcastic humor. (Even in the first night Wembley concert on Friday - the night before this one you watched - Freddie was much LESS.... "Politically Correct"!😉) ...Just watching Freddie sing/run marathons non-stop for over two hours, makes me tired!😀 (And, keep in mind: What we're watching here, is the SECOND consecutive night... Freddie and the guys had just done this same over-two-hour workout, 24 hours before.😗) Fred's stamina onstage always boggles my mind!!
I love this concert, they have so many great one's though. Thank you for reacting to the whole show. I love watching you react to them. You have such great energy!
Amazing! This whole Wembley concert is a powerful experience. The way they harmonize together, how they love their audience and how dedicated they are to their music. I think this is the secret of their success and eternity. No drum machines, rhythm clickers, headphones, car vocal stuff, just pure natural live music and 4 talents on stage. It's crazy! A small fact - Freddie was drinking water with honey to soothe his vocals and Tea with lemon was in the cups not Beer. It was Freddie's iconic yellow jacket show. Thanks for sharing this great video!. ❤🧡
Wow, thank you for watching and sharing that great insight! I agree, the harmonizing was impeccable! And I just watched the documentary days of our lives and the dedication and love for the art was unmatched!! I just loved this concert 🚀💛
This concert is outstanding all the band have insane talent freddie s in the front that's why evert one wants to see him he was the best frontman ever and his voice is the best in rock history all of them are legends in every way but freddie is agod music and always will be the best ever lived thanks for your great reaction it was stunning❤
they did after Freddie Died in 1991, then they did a remember Freddie Concert, and now Roger and Brian have been doing concerts with other people, now they are with Adam Lambert, who is just like Freddie.
He's nothing like Freddie 👍 He's nowhere near.He is a good performer and he was much better than I thought he was going to be when I watched him perform with Queen but nobody can or ever will be comparable to Freddie Mercury
no one had or will ever have the stage presence freddie had , same also goes to his voice , he is truly a legend , was more then just fate they all met and became Queen the best Rock Band Ever it was meant to be ♥♥♥ miss you FM ❤
You don't know how happy you have made me, doing this. Wembley is my favourite concert and it's a delight to see someone reacting so enthusiastically to it. Also, listing the songs was marvellous as well. Please continue your Queen journey!
Congrats for the Quality of the video! I mean, putting the name of the songs, the images, going from short to complete image, the cuotes, etc. I enjoy the Concert as much as you when I saw it the first time! No this was the last tour that he did with Queen not the last concert. There was about another 10 shows after this...The last performance was on the 9th of August 1986.This one took place on the 12th of July 1986.He didn't develop full blown AIDS until 1990 or 1991.He was diagnosed with HIV in April 1987 but probably knew already subconsciously that he was positive. He first started showing symptoms of HIV in the mid eighties and was probably infected with the disease in 1981/82 as there was about a 9 year window between first contracting the virus and certain death
Queen the Gods of big arenas they played to some of the biggest audiences around the world , this Wembley stadium concert in 1986 was the end of the bands Magic tour, the band had played 26 shows throughout Europe, this Wembley performance was two nights the Friday and Saturday, 72,000 people at each venue, and the band decided to add another show at Knebworth Park which was Freddie’s very last live performance ever, due to his deteriorating health issues, the crowd at Knebworth was estimated to be around 140,000 people, I was and am a huge Queen fan and attended LiveAid and both concerts at Wembley in 1986, also I was fortunate to be able to see Freddie at Knebworth Park United Kingdom 🇬🇧 there home country, all the members of Queen have written No1 hits and they gelled together so well ,Freddie always played and involved the audiences, with his flamboyant legendary performances, the song ( Under Pressure) in this performance the band and bass guitarist were annoyed with Vanilla Ice for stealing their rift, so decided to sue Ice, Vanilla ice settled out of court for the sum of 4 million dollars, the equivalent today would be over 11 million dollars, great reaction thanks 🙏
Freddie wasn't drinking beer & never drank it on stage as he said it was too gassy. It's honey & lemon for his voice. You wouldn't want to be drinking gassy beer as a lead singer and then have to belch while singing lol
FYI the reason Freddie was so energized running from one side of the stage to the other is that he's under the influence of a certain white powder. He admitted to using it as he said it gave him the energy to get him through the shows that were taking their toll upon him.
I think the only time coke was mentioned was when they were recording with Bowie Others have said he did coke Others have said he never used drugs during concerts or normally when working Ive never seen him talk about drugs When did he say this
@@bluebell3720 Yes, he never used drugs during concerts or when working. He is a very energetic person. And it was not mentioned in any documentaries or interview. Thank you.

Queen at his best,,,Could watch it 1000 times...great choice
Had it on VHS and now have it on DVD I don't even know how many times I watched it
