Hmm think about it..... Why bring the kids here.....For us the players we see the enemy level's so we can gauge how strong they are. But how do one figure out how strong the enemy is without the "Players skill".... oh that another question. Battle power...we're lock out but do the people of Halpa don't? Mean Ran always tell us that with BP Certificate prove that we can go in to something if not we're out Or i'm overthinking it. Seen Weather event always bring some nasty enemy.
