Hi! thanks for the nice tutorial. May I ask how can we simulate 2 cells in a 2D channel to see the effect of shear stress on cells? Such as destroying or bending the cells and I will apply various shear stresses by changing flow rate basically.
i find it in comsol help In the Level Set and Phase Field interfaces, the Initial Interface feature is now obsolete. It does not need to be replaced, since the phase interfaces are automatically detected from the selection of the Initial Values features and the initial distribution of the level set or phase field function is solved for in the Phase Initialization study step.

The initial interface option is not available in COMSOL 6.0 & 6.1 versions. What to do about it then ??

Hello, Fluid flow can be coupled with solid mechanics modules for this problem.
Can try the Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian approach...
