- Thought I'd try cooking a steak on the Blackstone for supper and let tell you, it did not disappoint. The smoked salt made this NY Strip from Porter Road nothing short of amazing. Give it shot. You will be happy you did.

Last week I did a Blackstone cook with NY strips using Mojo Beef and then McCormick's Steak season. It's a great combination! I thought the griddled steaks were pretty good!
Does sound like a good combo. The flat top steak will be in my menu more often.
That’s good eatin right there Jay! Beautiful sear on that Blackstone and that Ghee really adds a decadent taste. I’m also digging that tater salad especially with the cheese and bacon….yummy! It all looked delicious and liked the Mojo dance there! Cheers my brother!
Thank you Jay. I could have worked a little harder on the sear but I thought it was great for a first timer. And it's always good to eat uour veggies so this salad was a must. Appreciate my friend.

It's hard to beat Porter Road. 14 day dry aged is perfect for me and affordable. I'm sure many more videos will be done with it.

That’s my kind of salad. Taters. Lol. I love my griddle as well. One of my favorite grills. We just had some new york strips with hibachi a few days ago.
I regret not having one until now. I'm a burger man and I have ate some mighty fine burgers in the last few weeks

I am really enjoying the flat top. I've put off getting one for years and now I realize I was missing out. I've been working on a few smashburger I'm going to put out soon.
@@MojoBarbeque I did smash burgers this week. My wife ended up making a sauce that was a near clone of Freddy’s Fry Sauce by complete accident. Probably the best burgers we’ve ever made.

Thank you Mr Don. I need to bottle it up but haven't sat down and got to work on it. It's just equal parts kosher salt, 18 mesh black pepper, granulated garlic and MOJO BBQ. It's about all I use here lately.

I'm an a burger experimental phase right now. Burgers are my all time favorite so I need to dedicate more time to them. I may just release two burger videos next week
