Great video Tom, life is hard. I really struggle mentally and is the reason why I go to the gym. Do you track your weights in the gym and do you calorie count? I become obsessed with this stuff which is unhealthy for me as I want to be my best? Thanks dude
Thank you mate, appreciate that. Sorry to hear you struggle bud. I used to have the same obsession to be honest, I have managed to relax and enjoy the process more. I use the 80/20 rule with gym and nutrition, if you get your nutrition right 80% of the time and indulge 20% of the time that is a good balance for life 🤝🏽
