Heh thanks :) I've been pretty busy irl so I haven't been TASing much lately but in about a month I'm going to have way more time to get back into it. I'm so damn excited, I have a huge backlog of demos I'm going to finally be able to get to. Doing this Paradox TAS yesterday really made me conscious of how much I miss it
This TAS uses a momentum preservation trick while the door is opening. When playing normally you would collide with the door and lose your speed, then run back, then run through the door when it's open enough. Here a TAS trick is instead used so that when collision with the door happens, speed isn't lost at all and as soon as the door opens enough I can run through with high speed. The trick used actually maintains momentum in multiple directions, so that as soon as the door is open I can move forward and then immediately to the left towards the exit switch.
beautiful smooth turn
It's always a good day when you upload a TAS lol

@@almostmatt1tas Yw and I wish you the best, whether that be TASing or IRL.
Damn
wonder why you don't use the "backpedal in front of the opening door to enter it at full speed" trick in this one
