Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them. Well, at least my advisor does too, jokingly.
Investors should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields.
This is superb! Information, as a noob it gets quite difficult to handle all of this and staying informed is a major cause, how do you go about this are you a pro investor?
It's often true that people underestimate the importance of financial advisors until they feel the negative effects of emotional decision-making. I remember a few summers ago, after a tough divorce, when I needed a boost for my struggling business. I researched and found a licensed advisor who diligently helped grow my reserves despite inflation. Consequently, my reserves increased from $275k to around $750k.
this is definitely considerable! think you could suggest any professional/advisors i can get on the phone with? i'm in dire need of proper portfolio allocation
I 100% agree with Amazon prime. Not having prime for 2 years not only saved me on the membership price but also I'm not buying things just out of boredom. I put them in the cart and then if I really need it, I buy it when Shipping is over 35. Best hack for me
Agree 100%, I do the same. Or I'll add it to my wishlist to save for later and I'd bet about 90% of the time, what is in the wishlist later gets deleted and not purchased.
@@myaccount9498 hi back. It has three settings. Ororo (on amazon.) It's expensive but it has a low, medium and high setting. The low setting will last me most of the evening from dinner to the time I go to bed and then I recharge the battery at night while I'm sleeping under my electric blanket. Hope this helps.
I grew up in a house with one fireplace in the living room and we would have frost inside the windows. We wore layers and moved. Now as an adult I do the same thing. Heating an entire house 24 hours a day seems so wasteful, Eve though I can afford it.I have better things to spend money on.😃
Austin, I would add using Flosser picks immediately after eating any food. I carry one in my pocket at all times. Since I started doing this 7 years ago, zero cavities. Dental bills used to be thousands a year for cavities, crowns, etc. I also skip the floride treatments they push. Savings amount to $200-$300 a month.
I love how you've slowly filled in your living room. It looked quite sparse at first; but now it looks cozy and inviting. And knowing you, so does your debt balance, at $0-. Nice job.
Yea. I may not be aware of the heat when I'm sleeping, but I'm aware of it when I'm tossing and turning. I'm definitely aware of it when I wake up in a puddle of sweat and feel disgusting.
Turning the lights off when you aren't home is not just a money saving thing, but can also be a safety thing. Someone I know left a lamp on in her living room and in that 15 minutes she was gone, her house caught fire because it was faulty! After that, she told everyone she knew to be sure they turned off all their lights when they were leaving the house. Had she been home, she might have caught it before it did as much damage as it did.
I was in my bedroom when I started to smell a hint of something burning, I looked around and found that the smell was coming from the outlet next to my bed. It had one of those things that make it have more plugins, not a power strip, the kind that is put directly into the wall. I pulled it out and the back looked brownish when it was white originally. Turns out those kinds are known to cause house fires since people use them for longer than what the manufacturer instructs. If you use the ones that have a switch, they are safer because the switch will flip itself off if it gets too hot. If I wasn't home and in that room, I could have lost everything.
Loved it! - you pulled out all the stops. We got not 1 but 2 fan favorite guest appearances!!! So funny. Thank you for both the laughs and the frugal tips.

The average American can save thousands of dollars just by not eating out, not going to Starbucks, and bringing lunch to work. Buying the smallest house that still provides enough space likely has the greatest financial benefit; not only is the purchase price lower, but you also pay less tax, less insurance, less maintenance cost, and less utilities.

Love your videos. I would only quibble with your advice to use AutoPay on your bills. Where I live, this isn’t cheaper as many utility companies will use an estimate rather than an actual reading. One month I was charged the electricity use of a 4 person household when I had spent 2 weeks of that month without a fridge or TV plugged in. No way was it possible I had used that much electricity and I would have been charged a few hundred dollars more than I needed to be if AutoPay was in place. I always set up new accounts so that there’s an option to view an invoice first and never with autopsy where possible (sometimes autopsy is mandatory). Almost every month I have to submit an updated meter reading for electricity and hot water in order to be charged correctly. Anyway! Just a thought to consider.

Well your information about turning off the thermostat is good if you live in California like I used to and you can open the windows but in Florida with the humidity you can't do that and the temperatures are a lot hotter than anywhere else
My supermarket carries a range of non perfect fruit and veg under the label "the odd bunch" - they're just misshapen - not even bruised or damaged, but still fresh, and considerably cheaper than the "perfect" produce
There's a store in France that is trying to make a point about produce. They sell a number of items in their deli under names like "ugly carrot soup" or "ugly potato salad" to show that these items made with so-called ugly vegetables look indistinguishable from ones made with unblemished vegetables.
It seems my original comment was deleted (I recommended an alternative site to watch movies for free that must have ticked off the powers that be), but this was a very entertaining video -- well done as always!
I live alone and have a big house and a guest cabin next to it. But it's much cheaper than moving. I inherited it from my parents and it sits in a quiet rural area and has free natural gas! I tried having a friend move in to share costs but he was irresponsible and dirty and thought I was his mom, maid service and cook! It's far better for me to live alone back here and be frugal. I only leave lights on for security and when I'm out until after dark. No streetlights way out here. 😂
@@sct4040 Good idea! But I'll have to get that larger ones to use up higher. I had smaller ones and they kept getting broke from weed whackers or the state road snow plows throwing road debris. 👍
I turn off power to lights and other things when not in use but I can't turn off my A/C or heat unless it's about 60°F outside over night. I find that 60°F is perfect for keeping the HVAC off. Otherwise I have to set it to 72°F or else I'll wake up in the middle of the night, my body will alert me to a temperature change. I don't know why this happens but I have a history of not getting good sleep to begin with. I have a lot of psychological trauma from childhood and been put on several medications to no avail.

Try using solar light bulbs! Or those solar lawn lights.
@@sct4040 Good idea! But I'll have to get that larger ones to use up higher. I had smaller ones and they kept getting broke from weed whackers or the state road snow plows throwing road debris. 👍
I have half the rooms in my house blocked off so I'm not heating unused space in the winter
Beer/ wine/ alcohol should have been listed with the sugary drinks. Expensive and not good for you either.
Living in a smaller place is not an option because family of 4 are forced to rent 2 bed apartments which cost fortune.
If it wasnt for my.other fsmily members i would go wo a.c. on days when its not so bad. Its actaully good for ur body to sweat
Make sure your diet is right and you get exercise a few times a week
Get an electric bike and not drive a car is, a great money saver... No gas, no upkeep, no repairs, no insurance!
Downsizing in many areas costs more for the abode than you would every save on utilities
