    I was diagnosed when I was 4 and had OT and all of it really helped. As I got older I got embarassed was in denial and eventually forgot. As an adult now and remembering about this while in college, it opened my eyes and explained so much of my struggles especially as an adult.

    I was diagnosed with SPD when I was kids and I had a meltdown at my program on Thursday It was very loud. They were watching movies 🎥 I have my Noise cancelling 🎧 but forget to put in on
