most people get sick every once in a while. I was sick a couple months ago. sometimes our immune system is compromised from worry, stress, fear or lack of sleep or nutrition. sometimes it cold mean you're cleansing energetically. or maybe you need to slow down and rest. the key is to have compassion for yourself, slow down and ask if there's a message here for you. I hope you feel better soon.

I feel that it is for my son and my best to move and at the same time I am so afraid the make the wrong decision…yes our brains trick us and i want to learn to soul decided instead of mind decided. there is no wrong decision. it's impossible for you to make one. each decision will take you on a certain path. if it doesn't turn out the way you had planned then you have the freedom to make another decision. set the intention to make a decision that is for the highest and best for all involved. and then go do that. trust yourself
