How to heal from negative and traumatic experiences quicker... in particular, if you don't have any money for the complementary services that you think you need or can't find anyone skilled enough at the specific energy healing techniques that you need and can't afford to keep trying various inefficient providers at random. I've got a question for the angels. 😊 I've been trying to heal my heart after rejection from multiple people, multiple job and personal failures, but especially from the hurt from a break up. I've even had dreams where I believe someone was minimizing my heart chakra too. So lately I've been trying to work on healing heartache and expanding and re-opening my heart chakra. I've been grounding with the earth regularly, working with crystals, and holding individual cacao ceremonies which actually seam to help, but only for a few hours before heartache and emotional pain comes back. I have been trying to feel through and acknowledge the emotions too like they suggested, but it feels like there's still something holding me back and closing me off from any further progress and I just can't put my finger on it. Is there anything else the angels would suggest to help heal and re-open the heart chakra? What is preventing me from further progress on this???

❤ Got chills when speaking on the relationship crumbling. Thank you, indeed something I need to work on what do I want, and why I keep expecting that relationship to be different each time we come together, putting the label of family on it creates a feeling of having to keep subjecting myself to another’s relationship dramas that I can not change. Takes work to get back to Peace within myself.

I did a meditation recently to release past life karma & ancestral karma, I experienced nothing to note during it. So I was encouraged by the vid to ask my Higher Self if it was successful or not, I did but I didn't get anything. So they there was a prompt to use symbols and ask the HS to use this to indicate. I used a multi-coloured rose = yes, red cross = no & tambourine = maybe. Later the very same day I kid you not, I received an email with a multi-coloured rose! I was at a loss for words :)
