Probably it's just an alternator issue.
I think the alternator stopped working while you were driving so both TCU and ECU popped a malfunction code due to low voltage. But there's something wrong if I am analyzing right, the battery light should also pop out 🤔
And then he drove on it and drained the battery. How do I know it happened to me lmao.
Yeah that’s what I’m thinking how the alternator died is beyond me cause those don’t just die.

I've seen it many times when the battery itself can mess with everything because there isn't enough voltage to run all the computers in the car trust something as simple as a battery can hella throw you off

i had my R35 for about 6 years running fbo e85 with no issues, i do daily the car, also a bad battery can cause all kind of weird codes, this usually happens to people who store their cars during winters and dont use any battery tenders, if your car sat for a while then that can be your problem.
this is why I do all my car work myself. I don't trust anyone with my car besides me. I'll know everything that changed, and I'll know exactly what happens to it. Giving it to someone else, you'll never know what actually was done and whether it was done right or not

S58 doesn't great. S55 sounds even worse lol. You can mod them and it helps but they are just not great sounding engines. Single turbo helps a ton.

I think it was the alternator. When the voltage regulator (if it has one) goes out that tends to happen and the battery dies along with it. So I’m 100% sure it’s the battery and alternator together

I am not a mechanic but I’d like to think you have grounding/earth issues with the GTR that’s causing those issues mate. Like I said not a mechanic and I could be wrong

all your lights turned on because of the battery. same thing just happened to me. after the i replaced my battery everything was good . get agm battery so it cant tolerate low battery. your car was sitting for a long time so its pretty much your battery drained at one point

Maybe the battery 🪫 it sat for awhile and won’t give it enough power. But you can always sell it and pure trans on the G80

If the battery wasn’t reading close high 13s 14 volts then yeah the alternator wasn’t charging the battery and he was driving on just the battery alone. Before buying a new battery you gotta confirm whether or not the alternator is reading that 13-14 volts. If it is then could be the CCA are low

Nick not gonna lie it may be the “Starlights” causing the battery to drain because I had my Q50 with them and nobody could find the issue until I found out it was my starlights my guess tho since the gtr and q50 both Nissan basically

That's how it was with my gti. As soon as i started saying im gonna sell it, stuff started going wrong left and right... I ended up getting rid of it sooner than expected, but im happy with the current whip. In other words, if i were you, I'd trade the gtr for the lambo asap.

Honestly honestly, how much have you spent on maintenance cost for the gtr?
Most likely a dead alternator, these cars are very dependent on correct voltage, with little margins for error before it trips everything out.
Honestly might be time to sell the gtr and either get a newer one and transfer the mods or just jump into a r8
