There it’s trustrood inside behind de first balk, you can feel with your finger or try to make picture you will see. Good luck , the best guitar what I have for this price quality and the most comfortable guitar.
Great review, Justin! Sorry to hear you had such a difficult experience. Hope you can get something from selling it. If not, I’m looking forward to the Giuliani series (ha ha)
@@JustinHatt1 Don't stop fighting! I had a similar experience with my local dealer who wouldn't recognize the issue I was having. It took a year of processing but I got my money back. I got help from a friend who is also a guitar technician. He wrote a certificate stating the issue and so on which was sent to the proper authority.
Damn, that really sucks. No way they just ghosted you, is there nothing you can do? If not, do you have the conscience to sell it to another person? xD
I have emailed several times over weeks and months, and they never replied. I’ve given up. I shouldn’t have to send email after email for them to remedy the situation. That’s the thing, I have a conscience, so I will be selling to guitar center.

Thank you Joshua, it’s just an embarrassment to the company.
There are issues with the website link as well.
403s and redlag warnings
Figures, I should have known better.
How disappointing! Couldn't you just have returned it claiming your money back?
Absolutely terrible experience. They won't respond to any of my emails. I don't think they will give me money back.
