When he proves himself in the Yankee pinstripes, I'll get excited. Many have tried few succeed. We'll see. I don't get excited over these big name deals anymore until they show they can handle the pinstripes and the Bronx.

There’s still a lot of flaws in this teams roster. The manager is an absolute idiot. The front office is a dysfunctional joke. If Soto gets injured or underperforms due to the pressure of playing in ny. That’s a big possibility.

How do we have no pitching? We lost 1 major league pitcher, who started last year for 1 month. Our rotation is set, and we are the front runners for Yamamoto. Some people say things with no logic.
@@JPNYC4Losing King might sting a little, but losing Brito and Severino isn't going to be felt. Both of them never lived up to their potential. If Yamamoto helps alleviate the sting of losing King, fine by me.

Judge in Center makes me nervous given the demand of the position and his history of injuries.
I look for Stanton to have a big bounce back season. With attention taken off of him, less pressure could bring his bat to life. Looking for 35 homers 85+ rbi's if he stays healthy.
Look at what happened to them after Judge got injured in Los Angeles. The Yankees went into a tailspin that they never recovered from. I agree, Judge has the athleticism for CF, but it is an incredibly demanding position, and he has missed significant time on a few occasions. Hopefully, the Yankees will figure out how to lighten Judge’s load in the OF. Maybe more games at DH. Who knows.
