WHAT IS A DELTA STATE?
The delta brain frequency is a state of deep sleep also known as slow-wave sleep (sws)
and aid in characterizing the depth of sleep. In a delta state, your brain waves move at a
frequency between 0.5-4hz cycles per second.

Update. I did a Sats session 2 nights ago while listening to this...i knocked the fuck out like..the type of knockout where you wake up not knowing where the fuck you are or what day it was. My desire showed up in 2 hours after waking just as I imagined. .HERE IS THE CRAZY part. I shifted into this new reality so fast..ive noticed huge differences. One being..someone I know being 8 months pregnant..when she was not pregnant at all 4 days ago with a flat stomach...im in shock. .Most wont believe me..but I dont care...we are God.

I have been listening to this every other night since you dropped this ,, last night was phenomenal,, I did a breathing exercise and concentrated on gratitude,to start then 2.5 hrs of this video
I have never felt more connected to the universe , I was lucid dreaming spiral galaxies in my mind , I was having really insightful thoughts about my life and my part in consciousness , was on another level,my whole brain was feeling the vibration ,my breath slowed down so much I was barely breathing , such a trance like state , then this morning on my watch I see I had a fantastic sleep ,lots of rem sleep stages , best sleep score yet , I feel like I dreamed all night

Wow amazing! I tried last night to listen because i cant sleep. Few minutes of listening, im nearly falling asleep, while closing my eyes, i saw a purple colour diamond or pineal shaped and it took for about 30 seconds then it faded out. Im waiting to appear again but nothing came. Thank you for sharing ❤
I woke up from a futuristic dream (while this video was playing) where I was trying to take photos of a cityscape that I couldn't believe!! I know it was all due to the frequencies broadcast on this channel, enabling my third eye to open, revealing an aspect of my higher, timeless, eternal destiny.
Laid down trying to sleep closed my eyes listening to it and I got this rush to open my eyes again and BAM idk what happened but I saw a long green and yellow cord like energy coming from my third eye waving around the room 😮

You should add to the description that iPhone users using AirPods or Beats need to turn off “Spatial Audio” for the stereo effect to be balanced properly
not only iphone users, every weird stereo effect like dolby and such has to be deactivated, in windows and apple products both. You shouldn't have any effect processing on the video
so we should switch it to mono audio intsead?

Most nights with this on my EarPods. I dream of a room the walls/floor and ceiling are this shiny smooth black rock almost like obsidian. In the middle is an emerald colour LED strip light path leading to the middle of the room with a floating cube like object which I believe to me is the emerald tablet.
