Thank you for another goody, Mike! Ms. Sands did a wonderful narration. Sadly, she died 3 years later. Mr. Peters, as usual. used his commanding voice to narrate beautifully.

Thank you so much for These stories on Sunday! But especially because now I have learned about the ant secretions that harden the soil!🌟 I have wondered why I see these barren small patches of clay, surrounded by the tallest grasses, and weeds, (as they call other plants)....on this small patch of virgin, seemingly barren, unwanted soil, that now I 'own'. I will be sure to use that area as described in this story, nwhen I build my dream house, with the surrounding earth and dried grasses🕊️🙏🕊️
I'm from south America as a child I grew up listening to anansi's stories told by the elders at night in a yard with collective wooden homes that belonged to slave descendants. Some of These houses still stand till this day some old and abandoned. I Never knew that these stories originated in Ghana...but then again now one really knew their true African family histoiry because slavery.
Well Good Sunday afternoon 🙋🏽♀️ I’m listening while cooking Sunday dinner
