Stuff that's more accessible to western media is pretty much just new school hardbass. I don't know a single civilized person who likes new school hardbass.
1. i didn't mean an "accessible sound", but simply uploading to more sites like youtube officially 2. i do know some people and i am one of them, newschool isn't just one kind of sound anymore and calling anything new or modern-sounding bad simply out of principle is very stubborn and makes no sense to me everyone is obviously entitled to their opinion, but that leaves everyone as entitled to their opinion about others' opinions /rant off
@@lanternalmusic 1. Oh, I guess I misunderstood you. 2. My opinion is like that because hardbass became way more commercial in the early 2010s and such people as DJ Blyatman appeared.
@@k638hb 1. happens to the best of us 2. i agree, and i would say some people really go out of their way for those extra views, which fucks with me as well BUT i would argue that neither old- nor newschool can be defined by one guy, and there are also people like BADWOR7H, there is Alan Aztec having made a return from his certain vanishing from UK bounce, Gopnik McBlyat still does what he does, hell... even blyatman's sound is alright in my ears judging purely by the sound summing up, my suggestion is to stick with purely the music itself and not its marketing unless you think it's cool, i've had this kind of mindset for a while now myself and i find it to keep me happy even when a good track's marketing is but pure cringe in my eyes sorry for the paragraph
