Sweet Chilli Pineapple Chutney

    Pineapples are delicious and, in our opinion, underused by some folk. Here we’ve put the Pineapple with Sweet Chilli to deliver a chutney fit for a king that will compliment any number of dishes and can be served warm or cold.
    You can use fresh pineapple or tinned, just be sure to drain before using to keep a chunky chutney consistency.
    Simple to make and easy to store (we recommend you use a mason jar), this chutney will bring the sunshine into the darkest of days. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed.
    Ingredients:-
    250 - 300g Pineapple (drained and cut into small chunks)
    125 - 150ml Sweet Chilli Sauce
    2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
    1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
    1 Tsp fresh Ginger (minced)
    1 clove Garlic (minced)
    ½ Tsp Chilli Flakes (optional for extra heat - or use to taste)
