It's also important to note that the Skeletal Doormen had bandages and seals over one of their eyes when we first saw them. Those have since been removed. For a wild theory, what if the eyes signify that the skeletons are regenerating? And once they are fully flesh they'll hold the door open permanently, if not escape from the door leaving it wide open. It would be wild if the doormen weren't just a part of some Hell Invasion, but were the main villain and the instigators themselves. A sealed monster (or pair of monsters) hidden in plain sight.
I have a theory that might be plausible, but a bit out there. Yhwach's reiatsu not only disappears, but in a last ditch effort to make good on his promise, some of the remnants that remained after the fact went straight into Kazui, therefore he is being led astray/controlled somewhat by those remnants.
There is something chilling about the idea that a innocent child has been condemning souls to Hell. I love the creepy vibes Kazui gives off, as well as the pure gremlin energy Ichika has!
Perhaps Ichika's ability to sense the hell creature comes form the connection to the Hogyoku? Rukia effectively had it as part of her from some time. It's possible it left an imprint on her, and given it's nature it might have some connection with Hell itself leaving her capable of sensing the Hell-Hollows.

I like to think that at the end of 686 that with Death and Strawberry the roles are reversed this time around with Ichika being the Strawberry and Kazui being Death as a type of foreshadowing. 3. I really like the idea of Kazui using Fullbring via his hoodie as his method of Shinigami Transformation. I feel like Fullbring as a power system was severely under explored in the main story, and id love more excuses too! That said, I had originally had the theory that due to Kazui's possibly complex spiritual make up, he had the strange ability to flip his body "inside out", with his Soul on the outside and his phyiscal body somehow stored within his spiritual form? This would also kinda act as a connection to the Hell Hollows as it was mentioned that their hollow holes are now "on the outside of there bodies"?
I doubt it. Ultimately, I think he wants to be the new soul king. His plans have always revolved around him ruling soul society and changing it into his own image. He probably would use it like a tool just like hueco muendo, though.

I wonder if Kazui's wide-eyed innocence and desire to help others without a second thought it going to get one of his parents killed, just like Ichigo (with the assist of Ywach stealing all the Quincy powers) did with his mother. If Kubo took Ichigo entirely off the board early in this arc and left the others to pick up the pieces, that'd be an incredible move. I also REALLY want to know if Gin and Tousen might be among the Captains sent to hell by the ritual. @@Baweybawey I mean a movie abt how from origin of quincy went and stuff to present day will make us understand quincy and yhwach as whole a lot more and the quincy in anime somewhat feel bland so I guess a movie will be best thing to cover things like this to give more context and make them more exciting.
the guy is just the son of god dude theres nothing theres no reason to go into his mother and most likely when he was a baby gave her power and just killed her when taking power back, theres pretty much not all else you could add to that
I'll need to read it again, but I thought there was something suggesting that the first part (Kazui leading a soul to Hell) takes place a few months after the rest of the chapter, suggesting that he only started doing it after meeting the skeletons' eye. As for Ichika, I always just assumed that she's looking at it while the lieutenants are in a circle looking outwards (in the picture of her noticing it, all of them are specifically looking away). To my knowledge she's not sensing it in any special way, it's just that the Hell Hollows lack the spiritual pressure the stronger Shinigami expect to sense - forcing one to rely on their normal senses. It might also be interesting if one's ability to sense the Hell Hollows depends on their degree of Sin (or however a soul is judged re: Soul Society vs. Hell), and children just innately have a better sense for them. Ultimately though, I still believe she simply saw it because it appeared in the middle of the group, and she was watching from off to the side. Re: Kazui's true power - I'm largely expecting him to have a degree of Soul King power (specifically the first Soul King, possibly partially reincarnated). Squashing SK Yhwach's Almighty eyeballs definitely suggests he's got similarly broken powers
I think those fishes are some sort of Ukitake's sword manifestation, maybe a hint for his bankai. And Ukitake must have something to do with Kazui sending people there.
Kazui's ability to summon his shihakusho and zanpakuto feels more like when Ichigo was using his fullbringer abilities than shifting to his ghost form. But we didn't get to encounter Ichigo changing to fullbring with someone who can't see spirits so... Also, I always thought that Kazui grabbing the remaining source of Ywach/spirit king was absorbed by him, hence the ability to summon hell portals at will ( spirit King holding the power to manage the different "realms" ' equilibrium, and so probably able to create connections between them ).
so where its ukitake's sword that comes through the gate, i wonder if there will be a plot involving who the first sword we see come out of it waaaay back belonged to. That one had red tattoos all over their arm, with samurai shoulder guards on. could be a long dead enemy that old man yama killed or perhaps a long dead soul reaper.
It is his fault though, he wants die under zaraki too much to increase his own abilities, considering his potential and spirit, he could have been one hell of a character.
I wonder if like all the taking after Renji means where she'll take after Rukia in having a big deal elemental Zanpakuto and it'd be lightning. That'd be neat.
About the fish. I do remember in the early chapters or burn the witch it's mentioned that there a bit of variety in Japan as well but shinigami kill indiscriminately, so maybe hollows are only the variation of "dark dragons" and there are other spiritual species than just deceased humans ??
Seems to me this all started with the last remnants of The Almighty's essence going after the Kurosaki Family. But where I differ on what happens is. I don't think that Kazui is so powerful he obliterated it. But he absorbed it instead and that's how he's able to see and do what he's doing.
actually for kazui it could be a similar case with chad where it just coats over his human body and he doesn't go full spiritual. technically kazui does qualify as a fullbringer since orihime got attacked by her hollow brother, he might actually be in the sorta situation that happened with ichigo during the fullbringer arc except there wasn't a ginjo situation to drain it and he raised it to the level of being a shinigami based on ginjo's theory.
I know Bleach was never super focused on the romance aspect of things (most shounen Manga rarely are) but I do find it odd that so few characters had any children over the course of their life. Why did only the main three (Ichigo, Orihime, Rukia) as well as Renji have any kids. No one else were shown to have some, including Soul Reapers who've been alive for hundreds of years. Some of them are from noble families, you'd think securing an heir would be very important for them considering the risk of their occupation.
I have theory that Kazui is smiliar to yhwach being the that he is a son of a soul king or in ichigos case a soul king canidate and because of that he has godlike power similiar to Yhwach which is why he was so easily able to destroy the remaider of his essance with just a touch
So i know it's non-canon, and not from the source material, but there was a whole movie about ichigo going to hell. He was even given immense power from the jailers of hell, albeit briefly.
Wouldn't the time passage contrasts between Kazui and Ichika's respective home worlds mean Ichika is chronologically much older than Kazui, reishi-aging shenanigans considered❓️🤔
Perhaps the new balance effected soul circulation? Most souls ended up in the soul society ether on their own or by soul reaper. While only the evilist/sinful souls ending up So with that in mind, hell can be growing by the same method now that the balance is disrupted all for a new purpose
I'd like to think that kazui is closer to the soul king than even ichigo was which is why he's so special. He's the son of ichigo who has all the powers in the universe and inoe who (according to the light novels) has the power of the soul king (via the nails I believe) and possibly one of the most powerful ones.
3:50 isn't kazui just a fullbringer. Like a triple hybrid between shinigami, Quincy, and Fullbringer. Like the shihakusho inchigo temporarily got whilst training for fullbring and hadn't completely awakened it
Sometimes I don't quite get the colour choice used for panels. The hell hollows are hollows so white makes sense, but if they were black they'd be much more menacing. Szayeloporro's only been in hell for a few years and he's already turning black. Having the allies and enemies be contrasting colours is great and all, but it's alright to have them be the same as well. No one would be confused
We're going to have a Doom scenario and it's all on the Shinigami hands. Who knows, maybe humans will get involved since there's no way to conceal a potentially destructive attack from hell's monsters, and Shunsui's capitancy is very transparent and changed. Either way the implications are wild and serve as a perfect revival for the saga.
Liked the Hell butterfly theory tho it reminds me of how hollows are seen by kids most easily, not adults so it may be that Ichigo and the rest reached mid 20’s firmly in their adulthood, so way beyond their adolescence as we knew them before they’re not as sensitive. Does anyone else think that hollow has a look exactly like the created arrancar to take out Yamamoto & seal his 🔥? The blonde haired kid after he had giant arms and weird waist etc?
Could the connection the kids have be an inherited one like fullbring? Fullbring being 'parent attacked by hollow, unborn absorbs power' similarly 'parents witness gates to hell, child gains connection'. Are Ichigo and Rukia the only people we know to have witnessed the gates of hell and had children?
I agree with your manipulation theory, but I think that the power to open portals (and do much more) is Kazuii’s. I don’t think that he’s a shinigami. Or rather, I don’t think that’s he’s only a shinigami. His father is a transcended being that embodies all the powers of the soul society universe, but ichigo was born a human and had to unlock that potential. Further, with Ichigo’s personality, I don’t see him ever reaching in to truly explore what it means to be a transcendent being, unless he is forced to in order to protect people. Kazuii on the other hand was born as a transcendent being I believe. He has power more akin to the Soul King, but he manifests Shinigami trappings because he grew up in a home with a Shinigami. For him though, being a Shinigami is only an aspect of his greater transcendent power, which is why his transformation is so weird. He isn’t limited by the boundaries of a traditional Shinigami, because of his nature. I think Kazuii is probably the early stages of what Reio was like early in his existence, and someone or something is aware of that and manipulating his childish innocence for their own purposes.
here is a thought at one time ichigo became the king of hell in the hell verse film what if that was passed on to his son at birth and thats how he can open a gate
I thought the hell arc was terrible, and very little could convince me otherwise. Kubo wrote himself in an awful corner as basically Ichigo and his friends are basically going to hell for being strong Shinigami and basically no way out of it. It's basically a way of seeing old characters and fan favourites as antagonists again, and I think it's just written into a way that basically also makes everyone in Bleach seem like the only future for them is to be "the bad guys" and there is no rest should they die. The stakes don't make sense. Everyone who is a friend of Ichigo is going to Hell alongside him, and only ass pulls will prevent such fates happening with the protagonists we grew to love. It's not right.
I have no doubt ichibi is going to pop up to the world of the living to kill Ichigo’s son, thinking he is a threat when comes to balancing the three worlds. And ichigo is going to fight him to protect his son.
"As far as we know, Ichigo nor Renji have any tides to Hell and I wouldn't expect them to" Ichigo has tides to seemingly every race and their powers no matter how obscure they are. I don't think it's farfetched at all to believe that Ichigo also has tides to Hell as well XD
2:39 this is exactly why Ichigo choose Orihime. I see he has a sweet tooth just like me and love him some cake. A thiccc busty redhead is my second favorite type of waifu after girls with white hair (and blue eyes like Velzard🛐, red eyes like Testarossa🛐 or Kumuko/Shiraori or both like Luminus Valentine🛐). Of course there's exceptions like Yoruichi Shihoin 🛐 and a few others.
If i remember correctly from the hell verse movie, the chain is a symbol that the soul is tethered to hell. The chain is on the plus from the beginning of the one shot, which could mean Kazui is sending him to where he's supposed to be?
Isn't assumption of Kazui seeing hells door a little far fetched? Like the sure last panel with gates seem to have hell's butterfly in it and we see Kazui with butterflies in next panel but there is no real reason to think that there is also doors in front of him. When I read I thought that this was doors that closed once Ukitake draged Szayel back so this door is where all Shinigami, Ichigo and Ichika are while at same time Kazui is somewhere else entirely and though he sees butterflies there is no indication of doors being present also there with him.
Maybe there’s another person involved and this is the Hell movie story line Kubo initially wanted to make before it was taken over. Interesting kazui is none the less busted as expected tho🗣️ INEEDMOREE
I have a question if anyone can answer. Was Yamamoto's power alone not enough to keep Hell closed? Since his power alone Yhwach nor Aizen wanted to face head on.
I find that people seem to be reading a lot of negative feelings into this chapter around kazui. The chapter does mention that the events that happen in the back half happen before the events in the first. Those eyes are the type of characteristic creepy that kubo uses to set the tone for comedic style rather than a serious threat. My bet is that he's running arronds for Urahara, and the eyes are one of his forms of technology, and he already has a base set up in hell.
That little critter always gave me the creeps. There's something wrong about his feel and look which is something that no other small or child-like character other than Hikone has imo. It's so odd that Ichigo and Orihime of all people can produce a thing like that.
I want Aizen to Win in The hell arc coz he's not present & it's Throwin everythin off & since There's a new Soul King the Spirit energy that would otherwise keep the hole from opening is now occupied in it's Totality to Balancin the Universes 😅so i just want Aizen to somehow Make him way out of muken & Flex so hard he becomes the primary Source of Spirit energy that keeps the hole closed but in a TRAGIC way, like Loki at the end of season 2😭but i don't want him to be a hero, he should achieve his villainous goal tragically.🙏🏽
@@blacklikethesun what's weird is why does Kazui have a Zanpakuto at all.. Is it also an empty sword, or did Soul Society allow Ichigo to give his son an Asauchi?

Kazui actions feels like foreshadowing to me. It should be noted that although the Shinigamis are considered as protagonists they actually aren't especially Squad Zero. The souls that go there don't actually have a good afterlife (poor, cannot meet their dead families, weak, famished and treated like trash) except if they have the aptitudes to become Shinigamis. Maybe it's foreshadowing more of the dark side of the shinigamis. Maybe Kazui is being controlled by another being, Maybe Kazui is a reincarnated person... Or Kazui is just too naive to realise what he's doing. He is a very young child with an absurd amount of power, afterall. Anyway, this becomes an opportunity to know more about hell in Bleach. I just pray author doesn't go the dead route for Ichigo and out loved shinigamis Endgame. I personally think it's a nice change not to have the child become protagonist after their father (cough "Boruto" cough. I didn't like this sequel to the original.)
I feel like we still have to let tybw finish for everything to fit in place, as what we have so far is the incomplete manga. There's gotta be a reason why kubo chose to leave that yuha part at the end with kasui given how little time he had to finish it back then. One more thing adding to that. Aside from Yuha, pernida and gerard, and until proven otherwise, all quincies, are, regardless of their abilities and powers rivaling those of a captain class shinigami, human. Once they die, they will organically become souls. And most of them committed evil deeds. Now unless auswallen allows yuha to keep those souls, they will most certainly end up either in soul society or...hell. I have a feeling something will happen regarding tybw that will hint these later events. We just have to wait.

@@Baweybawey I mean a movie abt how from origin of quincy went and stuff to present day will make us understand quincy and yhwach as whole a lot more and the quincy in anime somewhat feel bland so I guess a movie will be best thing to cover things like this to give more context and make them more exciting.
the guy is just the son of god dude theres nothing theres no reason to go into his mother and most likely when he was a baby gave her power and just killed her when taking power back, theres pretty much not all else you could add to that
@@vaidikchauhan4382Still asking for a lot

Kubo is the George R.R Martin of Manga.
Kazui just casually going around condemning people to Hell without realising what he is doing will never not be funny to me
Kazui's ability to summon his shihakusho and zanpakuto feels more like when Ichigo was using his fullbringer abilities than shifting to his ghost form.
It must have been from a former captain.
The irony of ikakku being a good enough sword master to teach other shinigamis but not good enough to master his own sword
They did my man dirty
I wish there dragon hollows or they came from the Soul-King 2
Kazuki is Danny Phantom?
😂❤
Can't believe the Hell chapter is almost 3 years old
I wonder what the thought process behind naming him Kazui (the same goes for Ichika).
Kazui is Danny phantom
Kazui is going to be so powerful inherting both ichgio and orihime powers
Oh for sure, he's the child of two fullbringers and a soul king candidate lol
Seems to me this all started with the last remnants of The Almighty's essence going after the Kurosaki Family. But where I differ on what happens is. I don't think that Kazui is so powerful he obliterated it. But he absorbed it instead and that's how he's able to see and do what he's doing.
I would love to see Kazui bankai.
How think it look considering his lineage. Also even if wasn't shown think he has hollow 👻👺👺👻
The kids a Fullbringer that's how he can look like dad when he used his Fullbringer powers. I really doubt he dies.
actually for kazui it could be a similar case with chad where it just coats over his human body and he doesn't go full spiritual. technically kazui does qualify as a fullbringer since orihime got attacked by her hollow brother, he might actually be in the sorta situation that happened with ichigo during the fullbringer arc except there wasn't a ginjo situation to drain it and he raised it to the level of being a shinigami based on ginjo's theory.
Ichigo and Orihime, brought to the world A Franklin Richards 2.0
I know Bleach was never super focused on the romance aspect of things (most shounen Manga rarely are) but I do find it odd that so few characters had any children over the course of their life. Why did only the main three (Ichigo, Orihime, Rukia) as well as Renji have any kids. No one else were shown to have some, including Soul Reapers who've been alive for hundreds of years. Some of them are from noble families, you'd think securing an heir would be very important for them considering the risk of their occupation.
Think that will added on 2
I just realized they are HELL butterflies. I always thought they were HAIL butterflies.
The Ichika Abarai reminds me of the Teory that Rukia is the son of Hell and his sister is the other half of Rukia true self and more things
I legit read the title as WHAT THE HELL ARC XD
another thing to notice when Ichika senses the hell hollow, is that you get a brief glance at the side of Szayel Aporro's face.
or maybe making the hell movie canon, rukia being reincarnated in hell may have given her some connection that’s passed on to ichika
Where can I find colored hell chapter in english?
I can't seem to find it.
While only the evilist/sinful souls ending up
So with that in mind, hell can be growing by the same method now that the balance is disrupted all for a new purpose
I'd like to think that kazui is closer to the soul king than even ichigo was which is why he's so special. He's the son of ichigo who has all the powers in the universe and inoe who (according to the light novels) has the power of the soul king (via the nails I believe) and possibly one of the most powerful ones.
Kazui is gonna be the most OP main character child of all time.
Well, maybe second to Gohan.
So is he just a Hell Shinigami?
Either way the implications are wild and serve as a perfect revival for the saga.
there's any news about latest manga of bleach?
Liked the Hell butterfly theory tho it reminds me of how hollows are seen by kids most easily, not adults so it may be that Ichigo and the rest reached mid 20’s firmly in their adulthood, so way beyond their adolescence as we knew them before they’re not as sensitive.
Does anyone else think that hollow has a look exactly like the created arrancar to take out Yamamoto & seal his 🔥? The blonde haired kid after he had giant arms and weird waist etc?
Wait i thought aizen was back in his chair ???
I think the fish is related to jushiro.
Does this mean new BBS content 😮
Dark turn: Kazui's soul is actually a powerful hell creature. Or it's like Ichigo's hollow, but now from hell.
I like to think he's actually doing something good. I'm not sure what's happening, but hey. I can hope
here is a thought at one time ichigo became the king of hell in the hell verse film what if that was passed on to his son at birth and thats how he can open a gate
Could the fish be a full bring
I have no doubt ichibi is going to pop up to the world of the living to kill Ichigo’s son, thinking he is a threat when comes to balancing the three worlds. And ichigo is going to fight him to protect his son.
That isn't going to go well, don't think Ichigo can negate Ichimonji and even less likely he could survive futen taisatsu ryo.
What if Kazui isn't soul-ifying his body, but using Fullbring to manifest his Shinigami powers?
"As far as we know, Ichigo nor Renji have any tides to Hell and I wouldn't expect them to"
Ichigo has tides to seemingly every race and their powers no matter how obscure they are. I don't think it's farfetched at all to believe that Ichigo also has tides to Hell as well XD
I just hope we get so more chapters before the anime wrap up😅
What do they mean by the disappearance of Aizen’s powers? Has he died or is he still sealed in the muken?
The fish could be kazuis fullbring ability (if he has one)
Maybe we’ll get a new ch after the anime catches up and more hype is built?
Its so sad we haven't got anymore.
I want to see the data books for Lost Agent and TYBW.
I do wonder if the fish is like the dragons from burn the witch.
Maybe its ywach since Kazui came in contact with remains of his powers
Or maybe like in the arrancar arc that being around someone with spiritual pressure kinda rubbed off on you.
I don't think people have mentioned this. But the blade of ukitake is way too big what does that mean.
I mean they do have a connection to hell because you know... movie....
If he is sending souls to hell inchika might have to save him from himself.
did aizen became extremly powerful, in the same time making another entity as powerfull as him to kill him so he can go to Hell?
I want Aizen to Win in The hell arc coz he's not present & it's Throwin everythin off & since There's a new Soul King the Spirit energy that would otherwise keep the hole from opening is now occupied in it's Totality to Balancin the Universes 😅so i just want Aizen to somehow Make him way out of muken & Flex so hard he becomes the primary Source of Spirit energy that keeps the hole closed but in a TRAGIC way, like Loki at the end of season 2😭but i don't want him to be a hero, he should achieve his villainous goal tragically.🙏🏽
I thought about Kazui more of a Fullbringer than Senna-ish seamless transformation.
exactly. like how ichigo fullbring powers appear over his normal clothes. full brings have weird powers
@@blacklikethesun what's weird is why does Kazui have a Zanpakuto at all.. Is it also an empty sword, or did Soul Society allow Ichigo to give his son an Asauchi?
I have a theory Tomo will you tell me what you think? remember how the guy kept acting like a teenager? and had a weird vibe? I think he's a potential child stalker/uno, person who hurts little people? and that's why he was leading him to his warm hot place down below so to speak were the two skeletons hold the gates? yes.... I think that's kazui calling he is taking Ukitake quote unquote job ... but he has a kind of knowing of that big picture job, unlike jushiro had
Kazui could in fact just be using fullbring.
Sad to know Byakuya is going to hell one day. Along with Renji and Rukia.
Wow, it was all the way back in 2021?
Is the hell saga even getting updated
When was it stated that he was opening doors to hell??
