I think you got this wrong and you did hear it like men would. So from a woman’s point of view … She loved the person but she also told him she loves until he breaks the love. Once he broke it, she told him she told him, … she tells him she wore black, meaning she was in tears and pain and when it got repeated she was done. She’s smarter to let it happen even if he tells her he loves her like he did the past two times. Hurt me once, shame on you, hurt me twice, shame on me. She’s still hurt but the love was out to rest and another man down for her. So … she is not mean just responsive. That’s my take. ♥️
