Hey! Thanks for your comment, it can absolutely be a valuable tool. Like I mentioned in the video it shows you the 'real', not the feel. So if you aren't making any progress with your swing it can quickly point you in the right direction.
Do you try to hold the wrist angle from the top? Or let wrists release naturally?? Find if I don’t try to consciously hold the wrist angles I don’t get any forward shaft lean
Yeah that's right, try and keep the wrist angle from the top of the swing.

I think it's a great tool to pin point any in swing faults.
Every golf youtubers seem to be promoting this hack motion device. This must be either a ground breaking tech for golf or a massive marketing push by the company behind it, and I bet it’s the latter.

Honestly it’s not that great. Just watch videos on the take away that show the wrist hing or set when the hands reach at trail leg. Some good stuff out there if you can find it.
