Well it kinda does but it's a prey bar when you attack him he can't run away from you if he is far away from you it does tick damage so if your fighting a T-Rex fruit user you can't run away cuz you have a prey bar the only way you could beat it is to fight no running away it means when you knock him away you take more damage *I wish this helped a lot of people*
