Regarding weekly report file question.: 1.We can place the report code in end process and before that we have to check queue status by get queue items activity. 2 option. We can place code in "No Data" node

Use Excel Macro and you can do the activities in Background

The only thing is now you have to maintain the macros as well and excel has to be macro enabled file .
