ABOUT MANONG JOSE DIAZ CABALLERO OF ESKRIMA DE CAMPO 123 ORIHINAL

In this video, Manong Eric Olavides talks briefly about Grandmaster Jose D. Caballero, the founder of Eskrima de Campo 1-2-3 Orihinal and Manong Eric's eskrima teacher for almost 10 years starting 1967.
In Manong Eric's upcoming book (to be released next year 2022), he shares everything he can remember about the undefeated juego todo fighter from Toledo City in Cebu: Grandmaster Jose Caballero's life story, the formulation of the 1-2-3 Orihinal system, the transition from 1-2-3 Orihinal to JDC-IO, Manong Eric's own FMA philosophy and journey, and other bonus materials including artworks from FMA practitioners in and outside of the JDC-IO community, narratives from prominent JDC-IO members, and exclusive interviews with the author himself.
As we move into the second half of our book production schedule, we see that this new offering is shaping up to be equally rich--if not more so--as the 2019 release, "Eskrima de Campo JDC-IO: History, Philosophy and Basic Techniques". The second book is definitely a collector's item for FMA enthusiasts the world over.
