I don’t understand what the issue was, a couple had to be voted off, if Jeff didn’t agree with it being Phoebe and Chad then he should have stood up and explained why, mumbling under his breath and saying buddy buddy made him look like a child.

He said that buddy buddy shit. It’s simple I’m not saying he’s right but everyone understood it. He’s saying they only voted them off because they were relatively new.
Timmy thought he was running from the conversation, not him. He even said, after he said “See, you runnin’”, “Let’s talk. Let’s talk.”. Timmy was trying to explain why they voted the way they did after he had talked with Jesse. Jeff just wasn’t trying to hear him. That’s how it can be when we’re trying to filter our rational mind through our emotions. Things we probably shouldn’t have said, gets said and things we should’ve said goes unsaid.
Jeff wasn’t tryna hear Timmy bruh. He was tryna intimidate him and it wasn’t workin. He kept sayin “what is you sayin?” What is you sayin? Over and over. You can’t do that and listen at the same time. He could’ve easily had a conversation. He was too emotional. I don’t knock him for it. It is what it is, but ain’t no reason to act like Jeff was just genuinely tryna hear Timmy out.
@@sypherd.3771 Facts. In an interview I watched of Jeff, he said that Timmy saying to him, “You, runnin’” is what triggered him to swell up on Timmy like that. There’s a scripture in the Bible that reads, “Be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger…”. Our “Black” men have got to learn to stop reacting to things because, “I ain’t no punk”… “I ain’t nobody’s bi**ch” and so on. We tend to have the hardest time when it comes to processing the situations that requires us to listen, first, so that we may know how to respond and either come to a resolution or agree to disagree. Had Jeff have listened first to Timmy, he might’ve said, ‘Oh, I understand that [expletive].’ or ‘Naw, I understand but I don’t agree with that [Jeff’s favorite expletive during the show]. 😆

During recoupling, post Casa Amor, when Deb saw that Jesse came back alone and put her head down… when Jeff said to Deb, “Nah, don’t start crying now.”, I was dying 🤣. Jeff that dude you want on your six when stuff is going down.
But he could have said the same to Nadja but he didn't. He was holding Sydney telling her not to breakdown but he was the one pushing for phoebe than the other guys.
With that said he is a different vibe from type of guys we usually expect in this type of show. I like him he was chilled didn't want to get taken for a ride.

@@thobimakama3745 Big facts. Even I thought that he was gonna get with someone at, “Casa”. Jeff hasn’t figured out, yet, how to communicate in a productive way when faced with adversity. Nadjha called it when she told him, “You don’t listen” and “You can’t stay mad at me, you just want to stay mad”. These are behavioral patterns that are dangerously comparable to control, both emotional and psychological. One: it makes the other person feel like they’ve done something wrong, when they haven’t. Two: it absolves the person using these methods of any responsibility to be accountable for their own actions.
I honestly don’t think that Jeff is wired like this in a calculating way. I believe he uses methods like these as a, defensive, coping mechanism so that he doesn’t appear vulnerable. “It is what it is. I know I’m Jeff, so it’s fine; I’m not trippin’”.
Definitely put Love Island in the title. People have been waiting to hear his side.

I definitely feel like Jeff needs to work on his communication and jealousy, but it's good to remember that being in a small space with new people and cameras in your face 24/7 mixed with high emotions is a pot just waiting to boil over. You can't really blame anyone for outbursts under that type of stress.
Women... please, pay attention. He took ZERO accountability, is VERY defensive of anything that makes him seem vulnerable, and he gaslights all his wrongs. He holds himself above all else, giving no credit to anyone but himself. He's conceited which is a defense mechanism. He doesn't see any of his mistakes. not truly. And he's fame hungry, which will ultimately go left for Nadja once she doesn't give him enough "attention". Nadja spoke on the truth of all she felt and experienced with Jeff in that Villa. She wasn't lying. But she's romanticizing him now and pushing away what she knows intuitively. Jeff is not ready within himself and is not wise right now. He's a great-looking man, sexy even. I pray for Jeff and I don't think he is a bad person. But he is insecure and emotionally immature. You need to have experienced being with someone like this to recognize it in full. His personality type is easy to fall into emotional manipulation and abuse when it comes to a relationship. which is why I'm pretty concerned for Nadja. He's not as secure as he tries to showcase, how he constantly compliments himself and keeps verbally affirming himself openly, it's a way of trying to convince the crowd of what he truly doesn't believe fully. it's also awkward. I'm not sure what happened in his past, but I hope he gets therapy for it. He said Zita said buddy buddy.. but Jeff could not control his anger as the ceremony was happening. Now he's saying Timmy said he was running away... but Jeff was cussing from way before and then became physically aggressive.. over nothing really. Then he became VERY verbally aggressive toward Nadja telling her to f--- off etc. Mind you I saw a few little moments with Jeff in response to Nadja that was questionable and harsh. She is an empath, that's why they attract each other because he's the opposite. And empaths usually admire the Narccasist because they come across powerful and aggressive in nature. This can make the empath feel like they will be protected...but when the Narc sets on fire as they do when emotionally immature, they become BRUTAL. She felt that brutality. So did everyone else at the fire pit. I'm really praying for Jeff's healing and I really hope he sees a therapist.. for Nadja's sake too. I hope Nadja knows that she doesn't owe him anything, and I hope to God she chooses what brings peace to her life.

I remember thinking he was entirely correct about calling them out everyone being buddy buddy they always vote to keep their friends the moment they said it's up to the Islanders I already knew Phoebe was out. It's why some Islanders like Courtney will stay in there forever while she's just going through three guys per episode.
Phoebe would literally go to the next guy every time it didn’t work out with someone. So as for comparing her to Courtney, they both did what the island is for. Also, they’re all stuck in a villa together, they are obviously going to build friendships (some closer than others) and that’s just a part of the game.
