There wouldn't be that big of a bottleneck to be honest. There is a small bit but it isn't that big deal. But editing tho... It requires a lot of cpu power so it would probably bottleneck on that.

bro did it wrong in building you should never mix thermal paste of cpu coolers and cpu thermal paste if the thermal paste is same applied then no issue but if the stock pre applied thermal paste and using other thermal paste in applied in cpu will coz It is also not a good idea to mix different thermal pastes unless you know they are chemically compatible. Additives in one paste may break down additives in the other, producing compounds that may degrade the paste. tip for pc builders: Regular 'rubbing' alcohol, often shown as 71% or less, doesn't remove thermal paste very well, it also contains other items, such as water, which could cause corrosion if not completely cleaned up. Rubbing alcohol designated 90% or higher can be used.

@@phoenixinsane dude, it's really hard to find those specs in that budget. Either you have to go super low ball or you have to buy used. Best I can find for is 6k. What ram speed do you want? You would have to buy two separate sticks which might seem identical but there's a chance that they might not work together. I would suggest to either sell your ram first or to buy them used. Or you can go and buy super budget ram. You might find them cheaper at your local market though

@@Halfgineer_ Dell optiplex are prebuilt pc for offices. But you can just plop in a used GPU and make it a good gaming rig. Optiplex are usually sold in the used market in high amounts and less cost. For instance you can find one with i5 6 to 8 gen with 8gb ram and some storage for just 15k. You might want to upgrade the psu and switch the case. If you're willing to go all used you can build a usable pc for a very less ammount .
