It's unfortunate that the swag is holding up the KS delivery. Really don't understand how they don't just send out the regular stuff first and send the rest when they get it. If the problem was on their end and they have your shipping money, seems only right that they eat the extra shipping cost and make it right.
I'm sure there are a lot of factors in this, and from what I've heard you can message them and ask the offending swag to be removed to speed up the process. It's annoying, but (for me) not the end of the world. Thanks for watching!
