One thing I’ve learned watching these videos is the Michigan State Police cruiser is either really loved or really hated. Being a native Michigander, I personally think it’s cool that they’ve never changed that design. It’s something else when you see that cherry pop up in your mirror. All other state patrol cars look like they could be any type of police car from either sheriff or local. You know, without a doubt, when there’s a MSP vehicle behind you.
I am 9 seconds into this video and there is no way you are actually saying the Michigan State Police have some of the best looking cars. I refuse to believe that.
There is only 3 on here that I think are worth it and that's Michigan Florida and Georgia but number 1 should be Massachusetts sp there cars are my favorite of all the sp
As a Floridian, gotta say Gg to Georgia, epic stick top with the side runners, the FHP now uses valor light bars with an all blue, sometimes with side runners on the stick tops.
@@pliosaw ruclips.net/video/Oox5uE_frN8/видео.html Skip to 17:17 in the vid to see a THP cruiser pit the suspect :) shortly after the pit, there is a shootout.
Exactly! The Crown Vic was the perfect law enforcement car IMO. I don't think police cars should be stylish at all, they should be all business. The Crown Vic was just that!
@@eugenepiurkowski5439IDK....I went on a ride-along with my local PD in Crown Vic and it seemed to do just fine. I only lasted 5 hours because i was getting motion sick, he was hauling all over the place!
I think it should be much higher, but at least SOMEONE put Tennessee's in the top 10. I have no idea why everyone hates it when it's one of the more unique ones in the country. And it genuinely just looks the best anyways.
@@pliosaw they’re gorgeous in the daylight. The CVPI’s we used to have looked best in it. The new Explorer’s look really good in that paint scheme too.
Connecticut State Police are the only agency in North America that do not operate any marked patrol cars - just a car with a spotlight. no roof bar, no lettering, no rear chevrons, no special license plate, no badges or stripping.. how this has gone on for so long is a question
CSP troopers get to use their cars as personal vehicles, so they are basically kept as a normal car as much as possible aside from the black hockey puck on the trunk that provides the antenna for the radio and internet, and spotlight as you mentioned. With the Taurus police interceptor going away, they are mainly using silver Ford Explorers now, and the only emergency lights you can see are mounted behind tinted windows which is kind of dumb because it really reduces their visibility compared to a roof mounted light bar. They used to have a few parade/community units that were really nice - white Crown Vics with blue and gold graphics to match the color scheme used on their uniforms - very basic but looked really good.
No New York State Trooper? The dark navy blue with the gold accent? Always thought it looked very dense, beautiful and regal. Should have included that!
My Opinion 1.California Highway Patrol 2.Gerogia State Police 3.Florida Highway Patrol 4.New York State Police 5.Arizona Highway Patrol 6.Arkansas State Police 7.Wisconsin State Police 8.Pennsylvania State Trooper 9.Idaho State Trooper 10.Kentucky State Police
As a Floridian I have to tell you sir u disrespected the whole part of Florida by calling out highway patrol cars “Florida State Trooper” we feel very offended
I agree with Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, and Tennessee being on the list. I think some of the others were drawn from a hat. California? Too stereotypical. Utah and Montana? Too generic.
Wow, you managed to pick the most plain looking, basic state patrol cars. Some of these have like 1 door decal? I agree with maybe 1 of these 10 at best. So many other better choices.
Florida is one of the best, California is meh not the best, now I really like Utah even tho most don’t, Georgia is ok but not the top, although I agreed mainly.

As an arizonan, i think that our trooper cars could use more color. Im suprised you included Utah on this list...
Gsp #1! Totally agree! Unless they're behind you with lights on!
Im a truck driver so i see these guys often but my personal favorites are
TEXAS
ARIZONA
NEW MEXICO
IDAHO
CALIFORNIA
GEORGIA
There are some choices you have there :)
As a person in Florida and lives in Georgia I miss the nicest FHP officer that is injured
As an Indiana state Trooper myself I’m a little biased and shocked we didn’t make the list…😂😂
You guys should add some Gold Stripes on the Hood. Then it would definitely make my list :)
Thank you for you service, love from San Antonio Texas ❗❗❗
Some stripes would make a big difference
Please tell me why MI would be on this list... You can spot a trooper 10 miles away with the 3 foot tall lights 🤣
I'm surprised Kentucky State Police didn't make the list.
I could have sworn Kentucky State Police just won best patrol car this year (2022)!!!
Ken C. Just saw this, and they did. Tennesse State Patrol came close in 2nd.
@@kenc.852 Won last year too
Surprised TDPS and NJSP aren’t on here. Some of the best looking Imo.
Well I can't have all of them lol, but I do very much like the NJ logo on the door panel.

Not a fan of NJSP, I don't like how they put State Trooper on one side and left the other blank

You left out NH, beats all of these.
FINALLY SOMEONE UNDERSTAND THE GSP CARS

the fact Arkansas isn’t in here amazes me
Tell me about it
as a Floridian, the Florida State trooper is the best of the best! Love Florida State!!!!
Yes, I love the colour scheme :)
That GA crushes all of them.
If you have Utah and Idaho, Oklahoma should be up there with them as well lol
0:53 CHP!! My favorite department!
To be honest NHP's silver livery is my favorite. One of the best looking out there
Yes, the California cars look awesome, I would love to one day, buy one and drive it around the UK to see how people react haha
Georgia got some sweet looking state police cars
I agree with this list it has great choices
What about Arkansas State Police cruisers?
They're nice but I wouldn't put them on the list
Take a look at Massachusetts!!
It does have an interesting colour scheme
I’m glad NCSHP is up here

Utah shouldn’t be that close to the #1 spot.

What is the lightbar on the utah highway patrol vehicle
I can't tell what make it is unfortunately
Wvsp and tnsp???

New Mexico state police has badass cars and trucks
Yes, I like the colour scheme they have with the cream coloured frame. Having push bars on the front make them look even cooler :)
Bro! Why isn’t NM state on this list! They have all the hot units!

Respectfully, The Virginia State Police has better cars than Tennessee personally. That stuff hasn’t changed in like 40 years
