I actually bought this a couple of days ago and I love it! I think it smells so good. It seems to last well on my skin.
Based on all the negative reviews I was super worried about my blind buy😂😂 I LIKED ITTTTTT it’s actually quite gourmand and sweet!!!!!!! Don’t get all the negative reviews on RUclips saying it’s a soapy fragrance lol
I was expecting something weird after watching all the reviews but man, on my skin though..I am loving it!! I wanna buy the biggest bottle now. omg sweet, nutty, fluffy, edible goodness. I was not expecting to love it… literally in my top three perfumes. so glad!

I’m really loving it so far. To me in the opening it smells just like Britney Spears fantasy. I’ve seen people say it’s not sweet enough but on my skin it’s quite sweet. It does have a minty-ness which I enjoy, it adds a fresh clean vibe. Overall it’s quickly becoming a top favourite for me
I bought this fragrance in the travel size a few days ago, and I love it. You have to spray this fragrance on the skin to get the full effect. I could still smell the fragrance 6 hours later. I am going to get the full bottle during the Sephora VIB sale.

When is the Sephora VIB sale?
I sampled it yesterday and found it beautiful. It’s not overly gourmand in my opinion. I can smell the florals but can also smell the sweet aspect as well as the creaminess. However it’s soft so feels ok for a not so hot summer. On me it does not project much but has a nice close scent bubble. Lasting power is moderate on me 4-5 hrs. Overall I like it and I find it unique but not sure I want to add to my collection. Might get a travel size and see.

I got this and I agree it does not smell like that heavy rich gourmand scent everyone was expecting but I still like it. This is cool fresh spring summer gourmand, light and airy... You definitely get the marshmallow, pistachio, whipped cream and juicy apple. It's different enough for me to have purchased a full bottle. However after wearing it, I have to say it doesn't last long before it becomes a skin scent so I tried layering this with sol Janeiro 71 and 39 and it's even more beautiful and lasts much longer.
I can see why the ads were somewhat misleading but I think many focused on the gourmand not so much the gelato fresher opening notes and I did think it weird her releasing a gourmand in spring😅 but now I get it and I think it's a great fragrance.
Ps definitely would love an atomiser for empress and Aphrodite 😊

When you said in the beginning about it being better for cold winter times I thought I was going nose blind lol its so perfect for summer! Now reading through your comments I see you also feel that way
I LOVE this fragrance. It's super sweet and sugary to me, definitely a gourmand but still bright for summer. I always find it interesting how different these can smell person to person. I heard bathroom soap and fresh or baby wipes but I get more of a sugary lime margarita with less alcohol or green cotton candy 😅 I just wish I could get this sucker to project and last better. I'm bummed bc the other fragrances last pretty well on me but this one and V28 just don't have that power on my skin. I'm gonna need another bottle at this rate, can't say I've smelled anything quite like it either 😊
I agree . I do love it , but I’m mixing it with Sol de Janairo cheirosa 62 cause of the pistachio amplification! Try it !

Hi Soki so excited you got to review this one I tried it yesterday at the local Sephora. I don’t like the taste of Turkish delight either, so I was hoping it’s not like that at first I do get the pistachio note, and then it turns out to be more cozy. It reminds me of Noah by Cacharel. I agree it’s not a loud fragrance, but it lasted on my skin. I think it’s more of a smell that people can get when they hug you. It’s not beast mode in sillage. Yes on the twisted sprays for your perfumes 😊
I’m on the edge - but I like it mixed with a vanilla body spray to enhance the gourmand-ness of it. I haven’t tried mixing it with something fruity or floral but I suppose you could go in that direction too. To me it’s not heavy or wintery, more like a like musk so I’m okay with this in the spring time
I love this! Its does'nt last long but i just amake sure to carry around and respray. It does smell clean soapy at the top but the dry down for me is yum! 😍

i love this. it’s the perfect gormand for me. it’s sweet but not too sweet, just the perfect amount of edible without being cloying or overwhelming. i love the smell of cookies but i don’t necessarily want to smell like one. this gives me the warm tasty vibes but still keeps it fresher and classier. it lasts and projects well enough for a nice scent bubble but doesn’t smack you in the face. perfect gormand for those who aren’t mega gormand fans
I own it, a 3.4 oz! I adore it!! You're right, it's definitely not intense, but it smells so nice and fresh! Definitely get that Whipped cream/Marshmallow creaminess. BTW, I LOVE-LOVE Empress, buying a second bottle😍
I layered it with the Kayali Vanilla 28 lotion and it’s divine ❤
You shouldn’t have to layer it.

I don't get gourmand with this - I wish I did. Smells like laundry to me. Love the branding though. My favorite Kayali are Burning Cherry and Vanilla 28.❤ 🍦

I was testing it without too many expectations, because the notes didn't all seem for me (lily of the valley mostly ^^'). And also bcs the fragrance was sooo hyped, and everyone talked about it. Every customer was trying to scream louder than the other if it was incredible, or bad as hell. And I like to test things for my curiosity, not the hype.
Well people, just try it on YOUR skin before buying a perfume ! For all perfumes do it. And even with this one. Bcs yes, it really depends of your skin .
A lot of people got the gourmand nutty pistachio, a lot of people got only lil flowers and citruses. My skin is on the nutty pistachio- Cotton candy side. It is really gourmand, a bit green at the begining, and it settles reaaally into sweetness and coton candy on me. And also I really found it strong. Almost sickening at the end of the day I tested it for me. Reminded me of Manifesto by YSL, and also the dry-down of Butterfly EDT by Hanae Mori, this very creamy-buttery vanilla feeling, with a bit of greeness, and here also a pistachio aspect added. So yeah, Nice release from Kayali ! Pleasently surprised !
So please people, stop blind-buying, being disappointed, and then say it doesn't deserve the good reviews. Just try before buying ! That's all ! Stop being haters for once.😭💚

I smell a lot of citrus in the opening and after a few minutes I totally get the pistachio, but not in a gourmand way, it’s super fresh and good 🥰
I got a travel spray size of this. I quite like that it’s not a heavy fragrance. I have another Pistachio perfume from Kyse perfumes, Frangipani Al Pistachio, which I love, but that one is thick and rich, whereas Yum Pistachio is airier to me. I also get a lot of the Bergamot here especially in the opening. Very interesting, at least in the first 15 minutes which is where I’m at now. Also getting some florals. Again, interesting. I like it, but not a love, at least not yet.
I bought it from the website at launch, it came the next day and I didn’t pay for next day shipping! I love sweet fragrances and adore this!
I quite enjoy this one! I get hints of pink sugar from it. Very sweet and could be a nice one for layering.

To my nose, this scent reminds of princess by Killian. Killian is a soft spicy marshmallow and Kayali is a fresh nutty marshmallow. I like how it isn’t super sweet,sadly the staying power is very weak imo. Also, it smells like a gelato shop to me! However, oddly enough it also smells like fresh laundry but in the best way lol
I purchased a 50ml bottle and I’m very happy with it. It smells delicious!

Hi! ~✨ Didn't know there'd be a new fragrance out, thanks for the update. I'm not sure how I feel about smelling like pistachio, but I'll call my local perfumerie and ask if I can test it when it comes in store here 😁
Edit: personally I wouldn't buy an empty spritzer of a particular brand. My local store has some pretty unbranded ones which work just fine. If I'm gonna buy something to bring my favorite perfume on the go with me then I prefer a stylish 15ml bottle of that particular scent. Like how I own the 15ml mini bottle of Kayali apple.

It is so yummy! Very creamy, nutty, citrus, fresh, and decadentally airy. It just sucks it does not last and the sillage is weak. I want others to smell it on me too lol
I just got my 10 ml. It gives me key lime pie vibes. I guess it is the bergamot, cotton candy and whipped cream. Not sure how I feel about it yet. Agree with you that I don’t have anything like it.
Yesterday I went to Sephora and I tried it. I liked it and I bought the 10 ml travel spray. To me it’s totally worth the hype. My husband loves it on me ❤ so today I am going back there to get my 50 ml. This scent has pistachio and it smells delicious! Unlike the nutty Casamoratti Italica which I disliked and gave the 30 ml bottle I had to a friend.

Godness i wish she went with the turkish delight sweet rose instead. I have been trying for months to find the perfect version of this scent. So far k got - zara/ roses gourmand, montale- intense cafee and ristretto- the roses in drydown soo goood, montale / sweet oriental dream is on its way ad also oud satin mood in drydown has this turkish delight plus oud vibe. On that note Any more turkish delight scents you could recommend to me please ?

I only smell cold bergamot in the initial smell and after a minute the pistachio and whipped cream comes out, so for anyone expecting gourmand at first sniff needs to give it a few minutes to unfold
So weird i hated this when i first smelled it but once the weather warmed up and i smelled it in the store it was an instant love. i also get the same notes that you got. luckily i dont get any strange florals i find the pistachio gelato smell amazing and the dry down is very whip cream or cotton candy sweet yum!

Unfortunately it didn’t work for me, I was so excited for it. I do appreciate what the brand was going for- something wearable in the spring/ summer that isn’t overly sweet. However, to me I got a strange baby powder note. It also disappeared on my skin after 30 minutes.
It disappeared from me in literally 30mins to an hour and I don’t understand. I don’t know why I couldn’t smell what everyone else is smelling

I've been seeing mixed reviews on this. I think I will take a whiff of it next time I'm at Sephora. Out of the Kayali fragarances, I really love Eden. It reminds me of DKNY Red Delicious, which is hard to find now. I'm disappointed they discontinue the small size version of their 1.7 bottles. I still have the cute little bottle from when Eden first came out.
I think they still do the 10ml bottle! I find Eden nostalgic too!
They still do the mini 10mL bottles but you need to buy them from Huda Beauty direct, Sephora don't sell them anymore.

I love your review best! I got a trial size this week and love this. Not super strong or projecting, very cozy, kind of like you want more...same way I feel with Lovefest which I love...sits closer. I agree on what you said regarding the different notes, don't get any fruit. What I Do get that I haven't heard that may be a part of the whole nutty/pistachio aspect is almond! To me is has an almondiness like in traditional Jergens lotion! This makes me wonder if it might pair well with Lovefest with its cherry note!

It's so interesting how differently fragrance is experienced on everyone. On me this smells extremely soapy and sharp at the top which never goes away even on the dry down. I don't get any of the gourmand touches. Such a letdown. 😢

I wasn't expecting to buy it or like it but sniffed around Sephora & ended up buying it. To me I don't get the boozy note. It smells exactly like pistachio gelato to me. In Italy, evokes lots of beautiful memories.
But it only lasts 2 hrs on me. On clothes and skin. Over sprayed to the max. As in continues sprays down both arms, clothes neck, hair etc

For a new makeup brand I think that Kayali perfumes a slightly overpriced.
I also don’t understand why brand owner shares her anti-Israeli and pro-Hamas political views publicly.

I really wanted to watch this because I know Soki isn't a lily of the valley fan.
I get a weird note in this fragrance that bothers me, and the only thing I could think it could be by looking at the notes would be the lily of the valley.
Now that I don't see that from this video, I'm wondering what else it could be.

At first it is harsh. After time…it’s slightly yummy.
Then 4 hours later, yes creamy but I have to shove my nose in my forearm to smell it.
My husband can’t smell it now at 4 hours.
Glad I just got .33 Oz size

Perfume works differently with different people. If you don’t understand that simple concept, I don’t know what to tell you. Get some female axe body spray and stop your whining.
It’s nice didn’t wow me. Doesn’t last like most of her fragrances. I like the opening and the middle on me but it ends up soapy on my skin. It’s fine though but I won’t purchase.
I bought this, and absolutely hate it. It smells ‘cheap’ and screechy. I LOVE all things pistachio. But hated and am returning this fragrance. 😢
I really did not think this smelled edible… I don’t tend to eat jasmin or flowers so I wish the makers kept the fruit notes and removed the flowers. Actually I don’t like a lot of flowers in my perfumes and maybe that’s why expect for the flowers in Replica Beach Walk and in Replicas Bubble bath otherwise it’s okay. I gave it to my mom. I expected true edible and it’s perfumey. Sol de Janeiro the macadamia one I think number 71 is way more gourmand as a example

The first spray definitely smelled like tire cleaner to me but after it mellows out, it’s more musky marshmallow. Especially if you later with a vanilla - it helps
