Our taps over here in the UK.... traditionally our hot water supplies were fed from tanks in the loft (your attic😀). These tanks were almost always uncovered and so got dust, insects and a whole load of other nasty stuff in them, and so the water from the hot tap is unsafe to drink. It’s no longer the case for most nowadays but they mostly remain separated rather than having mixer taps for this reason

Thanks for putting a good word in for sumo. Anymore it's the only sport I enjoy watching, and there's a 15 day tournament every 2 months, so the format makes for fun watching. There are a couple of jacked wrestlers right now in the upper division, namely Tochinoshin and Ishiura. Regretfully Tochinoshin has knee troubles and will most likely lose his Ozeki status, but when he's healthy he's impressive.
Rip, you be happy to know that I asked the question about Ex Phys and EMG data. And I will be participating in an actual Ex Phys study at my university. So I'll let you know if this study is bullshit or legitimate. Thanks for your answer!!!

I have found that the book The Inner Game of Music to be a slightly more effective way to use the concepts of the inner game. As it seems to translate better to use in all possible applications.
What a company CAN do is present to you a recycling container in addition to your garbage can. So you can then pay an additional $5 per pick-up to have someone pick up your cardboard and milk jugs separately from your trash. As soon as I moved into my new house I told them to take the recycling container with them and give me a larger trash can.

But isn't EMG data the same thing as muscle recruitment/muscle activation? If it measures that muscles are being activated, wouldn't that would be the same thing?

Rip! That was a Jackased response to the question Jack asked. When a 68 year-old asks about how to prove his athletic prowess, it's obvious he wants to prove some nonsense at his 50 year high school reunion. It's beyond me why you couldn't figure that out.
Do you have any tips or changes to squat stance for taller lifters? I'm 6'6", I've been trying different squat stances and can't seem to get a "comfortably uncomfortable" squat that I feel strong in and can get back into every squat. Thank you for all you do.
