@@Eginhardt Their laws are based off IRL laws for Florida. In many states ambers are allowed on a public roadway for wreckers, snow plows, roadside service etc, but *only* if you're actually doing the job. For example if you're plowing snow from your driveway you can have the light on. If you're driving to the next place you're going to plow, you can't have it on. Once you start plowing, then you can turn it on. Same basic principle for private security.
It's a credit to OCRP that you can have two traffic stops with 4 civs, 2 cops, 2 medics, all at the same time and no one needs to scream to be heard or shout over each other.
