I'm 3k mmr player, and I lose a lot against split push and pesky heroes like AM, puck (if it goes to late game), I'd love a video on how to deal with these strategies on the late game.
It's pretty easy to counter them, just consider buying orchid for early game or vyse for late game. If you are support and your team won't listen to you when you asked them, just buy it yourself.
Dear Speed, As much as I enjoy your content I think this replay was filled with bad examples. I agree with the general idea of keeping track of your team mates but the flame on Mars and Kunka in some cases seems to me like you do not really understand what they are trying to accomplish. I agree that Kunka moving in after glimpse and when LS was mana burned was down right bad. But the other examples I do not agree with. 1. (By the twin gate)The torrent storm during BKB was probably just so that the others would maybe get caught or at least unable to assist Cent and Ursa. That fight was won anyways. 2. (By Secret shop)The Mars arena might have been sussy, but maybe he was trying to make sure no one else could hide and help invo. He was dead no matter what. 3. (In base) The Mars go on Ursa was due to some foresight. If they did not all connect on Lifestealer at that moment, they would gotten megas, so making him unable to connect was legit and the result, as you pointed out was successful. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, you are a lot better after all ;) Keep up the good work!
I love the vids, but that last bit of advice was terrible. Best thing you can do to gain mmr is focus on all the little things. Specify one at a time and it is fine. But if you try to learn a million small mechanics in one go you will successfully learn none. I made that mistake teaching my misses. When i should have said just play and learn to hit the spells. I was trying to teach her camp pull times, agressive and defensive warding, item progression, when to gank and when to farm etc. She gave up cuz it was way to much info😅
@@thomaschapman6088 you can be serious and still be low mmr. I know plenty of 2ks who play 3 to 5 games a day only play more if they are polositive in games etc. They still suck and shouldnt be thinking about much outside of getting used to their role and map awareness.
Gunna assume you are much lower rank than speed. Cuz it is the right thing if invoker isnt dead with no buy back. And the game is endable. Not so much in this case. No point farming 1500 gold for the next game just go mid and finish
So... Basically carries must stop from overextending and having a star syndrome to get that rampage footage? The pain of supports whose carries think they can always 1v5 everyone. 😂
I feel what you mean I switched from mainly support to carry. In my bracket herald tho it is so hard to make people take the initiative to push it drives me nuts. For example yesterday I was morphling with 10k gold lead from second place we killed 2 heroes and it was easy fighting.I pinged forever please come help push top please come attack a nobody came. Of course I did my mistake and went solo twice just cause I got annoyed and threw the game away. Sometimes it feels like people are scared to do something because they will die eventho the outcome will be good for the team
life stealer cannot kill ursa alone neither 1 vs 1 nor with 6k more gold. he would be dead without down breaker´s aghanim. and that arena near shop was bad because when your target has bkb real mars players would spear first then arena for max range so that they cannot react with bkb
