Good luck for the game mate.
As a villa fan best football channel 😬 no traitor
I think lot of fans actually respect Bournemouth because they do "punch above their weight"! Always play good football and always give as good as they get. No looking down on yous here mate.
Pleasure to listen to. Good understanding of the game. 🦾 🦁
Great chat Luke. I remember standing on the Hokte End in 1980/81 next to a lad from Bournemouth who never missed a home game. Took him forever to get to the Midlands by tain. Like me he was earning 23 quid a week, his train fair was 13! If I missed a game he used to give me stick. Proper fan. UTV
Villa are big, but not consistently top 4 in recent years hence we lack the arrogance that the biggest teams have, so it’s easier for us to sympathise and give to respect to teams that are in a similar position to what we were only 2 years ago.. that being said we should have the ability in abundance to do Bournemouth, but if they do give a it all and surprise us we still have captain chaos making his entry at around 65mins and he can turn a game in it’s head.. so UTV 🦁
The bench is villas biggest threat when tiring which is wonderful to see 😎
Great show again mate. Best Villa channel on RUclips by far 👏 UTV
Legend thanks for that mate
excellent. my favorite opposition episode of the year. hope you find some decent parking and a pub nearer to Villa Park this year. UTV!
Thankyou mate
Bartons Arms is back open
Love those guys from back of the net.the best opposition podcast out there.content is topnotch.hope they have a great season.i think they ll be really up for this one and I don't think a draw would be a bad result here.utv
Usually watch the back of the net podcast when they play Villa, Sam and Tom always fair in their assessment and always an entertaining and interesting watch. Good to see Bournemouth doing well and hope they have a good season (except the games against Villa). Also had some good players at Villa who came from Bournemouth, Mings and Elphick more recently but Liam Ridgewell too.
Cheers mate glad you enjoyed it

Always enjoy the BoTN guys, possibly because we’ve largely done ok against AFCB recently and they’ve been pretty generous/honest in their assessment. Wish them luck against everyone else 👍
Great opposition preview Luke I enjoyed it. UTV
I follow these guys anyways! Great content, very reasonable!
Bournemouth are playing really well and I genuinely fear them. Then again I said the same about Fulham. Need the team to be as focused as they were on against Bologna. Fail to respect Bournemouth could lead to trouble
hi Sam welcome from Villa big fan of your show.
Always good to hear from opposition. Great Podcast. UTV
Great discussion!
Thankyou
Great to see this. His podcast is a top watch. As long as we win. If not , he's on timeout for AT LEAST a few weeks. 😂
I think Basque is pronounced simply ‘Bask’.
In English it should be Baask. Us common folk say Bask but no doubt people of a more posh persuasion continue the A as is the case with glass and glaas.
I know that in French it's typically pronounced bask-e though it's One of those things that's debated in France on whether that is correct French.
I don't know how it's said in Euskara (Basque language that mostly is now just called Basque). I think it may be different depending on where you are as even what the language is called varies on location mostly due to religious splits in history.
I assume its more like the common French way of saying it but I don't know. I'm keen to research it now though.
In any case unless Emery requests otherwise I'm sticking to Bask. 😊
Sam is always a great interview. Very knowledgeable on all clubs. 👍👏
Cheers mate
Good show as always UTV
It's going to be a tough game vs Bournemouth this weekend, but if we play well i believe we can win & with Spurs/Liverpool away up next after this one a positive result is all the more important to keep the pressure up on the 3 above us & those trying to catch us. With all our injured players coming back now we have great options in our quality squad with serious depth & we're looking so strong nowadays, with home advantage on our side aswell we can be confident heading into every game. Sam/Tom do a great job with their back of the net podcast which i watch alot & they always show respect to Villa with kind words, aswell as balanced views &;i like what Bournemouth are doing under Areola who i rate & play an attractive style of football that's watchable 100%.... up the mighty Villa!!! 😁⚽✌️

Villa too strong starting 11 and substitutions. Built on building success out of the players we had, finding a few formations that can tactically switch and allow us to play on the front foot or control a game, when Emery took over to the new players that have been acquired in the transfer window. We have built a team that works together offensively and defensively, knows and understands what Emery asks from them per 90 mins. Yes we may concede but it’s about the rebound of goals to win us the game by scoring 3-4. UTV

Bask mate not baskay
Good side are Bournemouth, underestimate them and it won’t end well.
UTV!
💜
Im going with an absolutely bonkers,4-2,i must be off me tits,UTV,
😂😂
On the excuses thing, it's funny that the same people that deride Arsenal for sitting back with 10 men vs City are the same ones that jump to say that Bournmouth only beat them because they had 10 men.
Does it matter or not? And why are excuses made for the top teams by these people who ignore them eles where? Silly really.
Spot on mate
