How long did It take to see resulta? Did you have hair problems like thin hair or balding or you just have a normal hair and with this is thicker?
There is a whole world of herbs you can use out there. I personally use a combination of burdock, fenugreek, marshmallow root, and horsetail with some glycerin.
My hair on my head and beard is moisturized for days, I mean the difference is night and day. It’s thicker, and stronger.

Ok, here is the update...fhe changes that cloves and green tea only gives instant volume to our hair and also it cleans our scalp, that means it would prevent hair from dandruff most of the time... I didnt noticed any permanent volume or hair regrowth till now, ive used clove and green tea for 6 months - my hair was in a same condition.
i think we also need to focus on our health and fitness along with caring about our hair

Wow! I drink green tea and your mix is ideal for a diabetic. In my younger days castor oil and coconut oil mix was a never fail method to thicken hair. But it is sticky. I will try this for hair as well . I watched your video on Dr Dixit’s diet. It is bound to work as it is intermittent fasting and keeps insulin low for longer stretches.

Any one is fine,to be honest... You can use chamomile green tea if you have dry scalp & hair.. Otherwise any thing from tulsi green tea, to normal green tea is fine... Don't use the flavoured green teas..

I have extremely dry and itchy scalp. I applied the green tea solution just before I wrote this comment. I experienced burning sensation on my temple and eye brows. I think that's because of my dry skin. I am experiencing slightly less but similar burning sensation on my scalp as well. Is this normal? I'm freaking out.
Yes it might be because of the dry skin. I would request you to stop the green tea technique for a while and start applying apple cider vinegar (very diluted) to your scalp. You can also use rose water. This will help restore the pH and eliminate dryness.
@@BeardedChokra The burning sensation went away after half an hour. In the morning, i felt better and i actually felt like there's some added texture to my hair. I did this treatment coz I really wanted to try it out. But in the morning, my scalp was dry again after I took a bath and in the afternoon, there was very evident dandruff on my scalp. Do you think I should try this again after a week or so?

You can use tea bags but the quality used in tea bags is not that good as compared to loose leaves. You can easily get loose green tea leaves from a tea shop or online. There's a link in the description

Paper used in Tea bags is often bleached and so if you dip the teabag in warm water, u'll be intaking bleaching agents unwillingly.
What if I keep this strained water in a spray bottle and do it before sleeping ,how long I can keep it stored , I was using rice water fermented but that smells awful so I had to stop ,today I saw this video will try this ,please reply .
