I was at Drop City in 1970-71 we stayed there for a little while and rented an adobe farm house east near Model Colorado. We worked in Raton New Mexico for some money to pay rent. Most of the original droppers were gone when I was there. John Curl's book is a good memory, but I recall some things a bit differently.
a SMART car coulda delivered salami sticks, cheese, baguettes, apples, etc. once-a-week up into Tilden Park/(Berkeley) at night, so the "Indians" could melt back into the underbrush for years! (pot & drugs diverted everything! too bad!)
