SRB2 Persona (Custom Vision Quests) | (38) ~ Savior Of Earth

[Intro]
Out of special request, here's a Vision Quest that will be featured in the next update of Cool2Smart's Variety Pack.
[Strategy]
Ness's attacks can hit pretty hard. There can even be times where he starts out with two Psy Rockins in a row to just wipe half of your party. Luckily, we can slow him down a bit.
For your team comp, you'll mostly need people with high Luck and a Me Patra user since he also relies on ailments. You only get 5 Me Patra Gems, so it's best to use those in emergencies. You'll also need an Almighty user since he has a skill that gives him both Makarakarn and Tetrakarn (and he tends to cast it often).
That's where Naoto comes in. Just have her buff Defense while Shiki (from the The World Ends With You Pack) buffs Magic and Agility. From there, just Mind Charge + Megidolaon your way to victory. Blaze also helps in making him Dizzy with Tentarafoo while Yuko (from the Criminal Girls) debuffs him with "totally not Debilitate".
