I never knew that, living in the states. It’s one of my most loved Bee Gee’s songs, if not the most. I have enjoyed listening to the Seekers, singing it, also.
Well they never did start wearing beads and all that stuff, thank God. But at the time, it seemed to me they were going the same way as everyone else, with pretensious lyrics, talk about love and peace while lying around doing nothing etc. I shouldn't have worried, they stayed the same Seekers that we loved, till the end.
Judith magically changes her dress half way through the song... Anyway, great song, a couple notes a little flat if you listen well, but that is supposedly live (though the hall is actually empty). Great singers.
