  • "The best learner spends a significant amount of time introspecting and applying the lesson to themself."
Psychologist Dr. Joshika Richmond gives an introduction and overview of Vedic Psychology, the science of understanding and ultimately transcending the mind. Learn what is Vedic Psychology and how it is different from Western psychology.
"I would like all of my disciples to learn Vedic Psychology so we can have a healthy, happy, harmonious community of devotees. They have such a precious opportunity to learn these foundational truths about the mind, a true boon on the path of bhakti." - Babaji.
Further, discover what makes students low-level or high-level and how to become a more high-level learner who applies the concepts heard in class to herself.
Finally, get aware of the three major obstacles inside our minds that prevent us from being a top-class student: a rigid ego (ahankara), moody manas (emotional mind), and a stormy chitta (unconscious mind).

This is incredibly insightful and profound. It's truly an outstanding contribution to the Gauḍīya-samprādaya; thank you sincerely for sharing. It would be immensely beneficial if the papers showcased during the presentation could be made accessible somewhere. This way, we could delve into the material ourselves and also teach this valuable knowledge with our children during homeschooling.
