Sorry my knowledge about the printer is limited to simple fixes.. In your case you should bring it to the service center to let professional handle your printer problem.

If you already followed the steps in my video but still the problem was not resolved it's best to bring it to the service center to let a professional assess the problem.
ayaw saken .. hold power button then 5x stop , tapos mag aappear yung red light then mawawala tapos pag pinindot ko na ng 4x ulet ung stop button mag biblink yung green light
NOT SOLVED, PRINTER OFF HO JA RAHA HAI
If the problem is not solved after following my guide you can bring it to the service center so that the technician can assess the problem.
In my case after I press stop button for 5 times and when green light stop blinking red light still appears 😭
Did you hold the power button while pressing the stop button.
@@diyhobbyistcoupleph4985 yes I did..right now when I try to solve p02 error and turn on my printer suddenly cartridge hit both left and right side cover printer😭..it seem like no gear@auto mode to control cartridge

Error code p02 solved(encoder issue) but error code e05c(unrecognised ink color) appear, so many time I cleaned the cartridge but sadly it wasn't solve do I need to buy new cartridge?

Have you tried repeating the steps?
Paano po yung na error 5200 kapag nag cleaning? Wala po kasing cyan na nakalagay sa print ng nozzle check eh. Tapos po malabo yung magenta and yung yellow. Pano po yon? Hehe
Ang error 5200 meaning either malapit nang maubos or ubos na ang ink. Refill nyo lang po more than half ng cartridge sa lahat ng color before magcleaning or magflushing...

Click mo lng ang link. Video namin yan kung paano mag cleaning at flushing. Take note lng. Dapat more than half ng cartridge ang ink mo para sure.
