Wait. Is it the same in the UK as in America, where prices are static? Cause in the EU there's been loads of sales for all Switch hardware, OG, Lite and OLED. OLED right now costs as much as the regular Switch did at launch (329€, OLED was 359€ when it launched) and OG Switch has been between 280-290€ for a couple years now. Even in the My Nintendo Store they lowered the hardware prices, though not as much as the general tech sellers. One thing I hope for is Nintendo Selects returning. Heck bring back "Nintendo eshop Selects" to give some indie games Nintendo's personal physical release blessing! =D
I will be an admitting person to not having a switch Im mostly a Playstation guy, but im the recent triple A disappointment after disappointment, I budged and want to go to Nintendo for their clearly better games Trick is, Im bad at money, and Im saving for one console to keep me settled for years. Im part of the group that hopes that switch 2 has backwards compatibility so that I can get my hands on switch games while not worrying about the time when the switch does get dropped
I think anything more than 350 dollars/pounds for the switch 2 is overly ambitious and incredibly risky Yh the leaked specs would suggest a higher price range but I feel that would be whole ps3 launch situation Nintendo makes budget systems for the masses they should make the most accessible console possible

Recently i went to a gaming store and saw the Switch OLED having a price quite lower to what I bought the Switch back in the day.
