This doesn't work, if I click on messenger from Facebook, and then click back it just goes back to Facebook app, it doesn't go and stay in the messenger app or show the screen that you have shown

Tried it and it did not work. The shared audio file only has a play or react or share buttons. No "3 Dots".

It only shows when you use the phone browser to view the mobile version of Facebook Messenger

Your method hasn't worked for me because the file isn't stored in downloads only in messenger.The method you demonstrate is to find the file stored outside messenger and then share it to WhatsApp.The voice clip was shared on an old phone back in 2020 so is not in my phones downloads.
