The two greatest injustices of this show: that the New Directions won against THIS performance, and that Finn was forgiven for outing Santana. Literally how anyone could argue that Santana and Mercedes weren't the best singers of the show, or that Santana isn't the best character by far, is BEYOND me. I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS!!!
You know the New Directions had insane plot armour because the Troubletones just did possibly the single best performance from the entire series right here. That's honestly why they only got one number, if they did any more there would be literally no justifying a ND win. Imagine a Mercedes ballad with this, literally unstoppable.
I don't really think that this would beat ND's Abc/Control/Man in the mirror remix, this performance feels cut short to me and some transition points are kind of sloppy (but that's just me). It really isn't insane plot armor in my eyes. That's just my opinion though.

Mercedes and Santana's voices really gell well. Where did the writers going when they made New directions belt them. Their song was 1000000 times better.
The troubletones should've won but this episode is still one of my favorites cause all of the ND members and those in tt were given the spotlight they deserved. It was a breath of fresh air to not see Rachel hogging the whole stage all the time.
