Hyderabadi Beef Marag Recipe:-
Ingredients:-
1 kilo Beef
Oil
Peel a Head of Garlic/lasson
2- medium Onion/pyaz
8-10 Green chilies/hari mirch
255g Yogurt/dahin
1 tsp Coriander powder/dhanya powder
1 tsp Black Pepper/kali mirch powder
Salt as per taste
Water as required
1 & 1/2 handful of Cashews/kaju
100g Cream/malai
Coriander leaves for Garnishing
