Typing in "admin" as the user name and as the password is the problem. Change it to something else completely. "admin1" or "admin12" didn't work out as well. Don't include the word "admin" anywhere. It was the only way it worked out for me. It was a really frustrating roller coaster realizing this.

Getting problem in login issue at software while logging shows that invalid user name or password while I’m typing it correctly
If there's no data saved in the database, simply reinstall the software and ensure that your username and password are entered correctly.
