Uganda and Kenya have demonstrated a positive diplomacy and leadership of engagement beyond existing differences and misunderstandings that stained the relationship between the three leaders over Eastern Congo armed conflicts resolutions approach. That's the only way we can move Africa forward and help resolve our own dissensions within the continent. Not by avoiding communication all the way, but by extending our reach to address existing set back. I was expecting President Kagame to send its representative regardless to open the way to a potential dialogue in the future facing the tensions still mounting between the two leaders but not to avail. African leaders are still struggling with separating their own personal issues with the stakes of their relatives nations in the regional geopolitics and the global economy. We still have a long way to go in Africa.
