Hi Silvana, I've been using the Handsfree (cup style) option now for 5 months at work and find it to be most convenient. The suction feels the same. Hope that helps, best wishes.

Great question, it's a hard plastic but has a degree of flexibility. With regards to pain, I have not experienced this, there are 2 sizes within the box to allow for different breast shapes and more can be brought if needed. Hope that helps.
Can you use the motor of the freestyle flex with the handsfree shields? I already own the flex but would like to use the discreet handsfree at work. Thanks

Great question, I've had it for a few months now, the motor has stopped working sadly. I had hoped it would be better. The cups themselves have had no issues with leaking etc. I still find it annoying that you can't properly read the volume on the cups however. Let me know what you go for.
My motor just broken and I got the replacement easily. They sent me the new one after I call. I have a routine of pumping every 2 hours. That is reason I feel so stressful when the machine broke.
