Great tutorial, Bunmi! I especially liked you showing the clever uses of SWITCH and CHOOSE.

Let me check one case here.
Let s say if i have HR data for few employees, where we have provided with original hire date, separation date, Rehire date and Rehire separation date employee wise. So we have 4 conditions to look at up for each emplpyer. And we need output for month wise data against each employee. Suppose if a person is hired on 1/1/2019 , separated on 6/30/2020, rehired on 8/1/2020 and rehire separated on 12/31/2020. I want this employee to appear as 1 month in each Month from Jan-19 to Jun-20, and 0 month in Jul-20 again 1 month from Aug-Dec 2020. Currently i am using a 8 or 9 lines nested if formula to get like this. I tried to find alternate, but i am unable to. Do you want to try once?, let me know if u could help me out here.

Check your Excel version. IFS is available in Excel 2019 and latest versions
